Incomplete then damaged Took my truck in to get 2 new wheels installed. They had it for over 3 hours and didn't get it done. Was told to bring it back 2 days later and it wou Took my truck in to get 2 new wheels installed. They had it for over 3 hours and didn't get it done. Was told to bring it back 2 days later and it would get done while I wait, should not take 30 minutes they said. Showed up and waited for an hour and a half. Then the service writer ran into a crate engine and damaged my bumper. Was told the service manager would call after his lunch break. No calls.... I finally had to call them after noon the next day. Hassle free and buyer friendly dealership. When my fiancé and I decided it was time to buy me a new car we started looking online. I narrowed down what I wanted to a Ford Flex or Dodge Journey. We talked to a few different dealers but Chuck Anderson had both vehicles within our budget. Scott, our salesman, was super helpful, not pushy and new all of the details we wanted to know. He was easy to get along with and made our car buying experience a very pleasant one. Josh, our finance specialist, worked with my fiancé to get the warranty and monthly payment right where we wanted. I give Chuck Anderson 5 popcorns and 2 thumbs up!! More
