Worst dealership and service department ever they sold me a dodge journey and never disclosed that it had a bad break caliber bad break lines it been in the shop for 2 week as of today the same day I drove i a dodge journey and never disclosed that it had a bad break caliber bad break lines it been in the shop for 2 week as of today the same day I drove it home i got onto the interstate it was shaking so bad I couldn't keep up with traffic didn't give me the car fax until 2 days ago through email found out it had 5 owners it was totaled at one point and rear ended and curbed several times i have been waiting since early last week for the rear end to be replaced! Which mind you I had to wait on my boyfriend to take the day off to drive it back! That's how unsafe it was! Nate was my Sells rep and said it was like a brand new car if by meaning from a junk yard where it should have went then maybe! They never disclosed the damages to the vehicle at time of sell and i did ask! which is illegal there is a safety point system for a reason I purchased the extra warranty to make sure if I had future issues it would be covered! I didn't know future ment 20 mins into my hour drive home on the interstate! Thank God my son wasn't in the car! Also with that being said all the tires were bad several with gouges in them which I didn't notice until my man looked and test drove it! And immediately he knew what was wrong so of course I call nate the same day he tells me to call and make an appointment with service they will take care of everything last week the brake line and caliber were done the service guy Fred says it's safe to drive if I want to pick it up and wait for them to get the part for the rear end What in the entire xxxx do I want a vehicle back thats not 100% safe to put my child in let alone myself! I was told the rear end was expedited early last week and they had the part then Wednesday came and they were waiting for the ok from warranty then I call Thursday guess what still waiting on an ok Friday hits and they admitted that the part wasn't in fact there but it was expedited for next day shipping and it would be done by Monday Tuesday at the latest well I call Tuesday guess who still didn't have the M'F part! So I call wed. Nothing and at this point I've told all sales managers and am guaranteed it will be handled wed. Night guess who don't wanna pick up the phone! So I call yesterday good old Fred from service says it will be in by yesterday today at the latest! Guess who supposedly left the part behind in Louisville but only its not in Louisville it's in Dayton ohio!!! So guess whose vehicle won't be done till Tuesday!!! If that is even the f***in truth!!! Guess who will be ready to sue that whole xxxx facility come Wed. 👋🏾 also if u don't know if u insure a vehicle thats been totaled and u are unaware they will say its a bonded title which means any real insurance company will not cover you or the car and the liability comes back on u so get ready to eat the cost of any and all damages and fees because it will be like u were never insured at all! I'm contacting a lawyer tomorrow because I'm am not about to be out my down payment and the cost of insurance for a vehicle that should have been towed to the junk yard! Yall are slimy sick sons of B**ches! But I'm not the one yall could have been solid from the jump and fixed that mess yall think imma put up with but my rent may be due but I'll go stay with my mom if I got to if it means getting what yall deserve it will be more than money well spent to watch yall pay me out for time lossed at work mental and emotional damages and my insurance fees and down payment yall are a bunch of crooks!!!!🤬😡🤬🤬😡🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 More

Left home at 5am to drive 6 hours with a 6 week old and 2 year old to take a test drive and potentially purchase a vehicle at this place. Set an appointment 3 days in advance to ensure the vehicle would be a year old to take a test drive and potentially purchase a vehicle at this place. Set an appointment 3 days in advance to ensure the vehicle would be available, and called to confirm again the day of when I was 2 hours away that it was still available. I was told multiple times the vehicle would be cleaned up and ready when I arrived. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was being used as a “loaner” and did not come back and the dealer made 0 effort to go swap out the “loaner” for another car so I could take a drive. I was lied to at least 4 separate occasions and they knew I was driving 5 hours to look at this vehicle. What an absolute joke of a business and total scam. More
