In the month of August 2022 we went to Crystler of Lawrenceburg to find my husband a truck and my husband had already spoken to Bill on the phone prior to this. So we go up and we are approached by Bill and his son Cannon. Cannon proceeds to show us so trucks and just so happen we bought one that had just came in that day. So we go in and sit dwn and Bill comes out and he says that the way we were going to do this is in 45 days of this purchase you come back up here and we are going to refinance this truck for you at a cheaper interest and payment all we needed to do was pay the payments every 2 weeks and that it would boost his credit enough to where his interest rate would go dwn and they would cut our payment in half . So we took Bill at his word ( big mistake). He told us if my son came and bought a vehicle he would give us 500 dollar referral fee( never happened ). So we took my son up he got a dodge Durango which we had to put in our name. Bill said put this in your name and let your son pay the payments and in 45 days, payments every 2 weeks and we will refinance it with cheaper interest and we will cut the payment in 2. So I told them he can pay these payments for 3 months and that's it he has 4 kids under 5 and a wife to support so make sure it can get done. Bill o I will get it done he said so we finished the paper wrk and they got the car. So our payment on our first purchase was rolling around and I called and called and called and called for probably 2 weeks and come to find out they had lost our paper wrk and needed us to come back and redo it. If I had known what we was getting into I'd drove it straight up Bill's xxx. So we redid the paper wrk on the truck first payment Dec 26th ok thats fine. The Durangos first payment was in Nov so we went back up in January because my son had 6 payments paid on time and in full every 2 weeks. So my husband goes in and talks to Bill and he tells him there is nothing he can do that we need to find a credit union to take it. When my husband called and told me this i called Bill and he acted like he didnt know what i was talking about and i said you and Cannon would tell ppl anything to make a sell and he said yes ma'ami would. I told him i hoped he slept good at night knowing what he has done to my sons little family. So basically if my son gets to where he can't pay for this car we are stuck with almost 2000 dollars in car payments because of Bill. We called Fort Knox credit union and they won't touch the Durango because it's 162 % over what it is worth. Now I want to mention my father I law he had been dealing with them for probably 10 yrs or so and he traded his truck for a new dodge and of course got him for a second truck for pulling stuff. Payments 1400 and something for 3 month and then he could refinance well guess what nothing they could do and he has taken it to his bank and from what I'm hearing is what Bill has done is illegal. So anyone that got these 45 day deals I have a feeling you are not going to be happy in 45 days so don't look fwrd to it. More

The worse Dealership I have ever dealt with. They don't deserve the one star I gave them. I've called the over 10 times no one but the receptionist I'm able to contact. I wish I can give O star to this place. This dealership is not trustworthy. We recently have order new TRX. They told us it might be done in 10-12 weeks . After 2 months they call and let u This dealership is not trustworthy. We recently have order new TRX. They told us it might be done in 10-12 weeks . After 2 months they call and let us know it need another 3-5months to have it delivery. Ok that fine we can wait. But the worst is they promise ,we can get back the refund of 1k if we don't want the car. The car was just delivered 2 weeks from now . In the middle of the weeks the dealer agent call us and ask if we still want the car or refund back. Here come the truth, when my bf went over and ask for the price and trade in value . They seem so nice and patient on everything's and want to sold this car to my bf. But by the end, it end up of broken promise by not giving any promo and want sell the car asap. Giving up the car and no refund !!! They promise to give refund and by the end the manager come out and say we don't give refund. They are totally SCAM. I feel like they are discriminated Chinese and make my us lost 1k deposit. I think they might use this action before to treat people order new car and earn others deposit. Chrysler of Lawnreceburg is super bad dealership and discriminated on other if you don't purchase the car. After this happen I had read a lot of bad reviews on this location and I mad myself never do research on this dealership before go. It never happen in my life and I never met a dealership that so rude. My friend told me to file this to attorney general and I hope whoever read this review, plz BEWARE this place. rude salesman ship were a simple Ancer would suffice i got a e mail telling me how wrong i was about asking that question ,on price and fees and basically wanted me to drive over there and go from there a got a e mail telling me how wrong i was about asking that question ,on price and fees and basically wanted me to drive over there and go from there and not waste their time on questions over the e mail, since their time is more valuable than mine , never the less bought a same vehicle but earlier year with 60k less miles on it for 2 k less at a other dealership that was wiling to dell and not charge me extra fees wouldn't recommend this place to nobody More

Worst dealership and service department ever they sold me a dodge journey and never disclosed that it had a bad break caliber bad break lines it been in the shop for 2 week as of today the same day I drove i a dodge journey and never disclosed that it had a bad break caliber bad break lines it been in the shop for 2 week as of today the same day I drove it home i got onto the interstate it was shaking so bad I couldn't keep up with traffic didn't give me the car fax until 2 days ago through email found out it had 5 owners it was totaled at one point and rear ended and curbed several times i have been waiting since early last week for the rear end to be replaced! Which mind you I had to wait on my boyfriend to take the day off to drive it back! That's how unsafe it was! Nate was my Sells rep and said it was like a brand new car if by meaning from a junk yard where it should have went then maybe! They never disclosed the damages to the vehicle at time of sell and i did ask! which is illegal there is a safety point system for a reason I purchased the extra warranty to make sure if I had future issues it would be covered! I didn't know future ment 20 mins into my hour drive home on the interstate! Thank God my son wasn't in the car! Also with that being said all the tires were bad several with gouges in them which I didn't notice until my man looked and test drove it! And immediately he knew what was wrong so of course I call nate the same day he tells me to call and make an appointment with service they will take care of everything last week the brake line and caliber were done the service guy Fred says it's safe to drive if I want to pick it up and wait for them to get the part for the rear end What in the entire xxxx do I want a vehicle back thats not 100% safe to put my child in let alone myself! I was told the rear end was expedited early last week and they had the part then Wednesday came and they were waiting for the ok from warranty then I call Thursday guess what still waiting on an ok Friday hits and they admitted that the part wasn't in fact there but it was expedited for next day shipping and it would be done by Monday Tuesday at the latest well I call Tuesday guess who still didn't have the M'F part! So I call wed. Nothing and at this point I've told all sales managers and am guaranteed it will be handled wed. Night guess who don't wanna pick up the phone! So I call yesterday good old Fred from service says it will be in by yesterday today at the latest! Guess who supposedly left the part behind in Louisville but only its not in Louisville it's in Dayton ohio!!! So guess whose vehicle won't be done till Tuesday!!! If that is even the f***in truth!!! Guess who will be ready to sue that whole xxxx facility come Wed. 👋🏾 also if u don't know if u insure a vehicle thats been totaled and u are unaware they will say its a bonded title which means any real insurance company will not cover you or the car and the liability comes back on u so get ready to eat the cost of any and all damages and fees because it will be like u were never insured at all! I'm contacting a lawyer tomorrow because I'm am not about to be out my down payment and the cost of insurance for a vehicle that should have been towed to the junk yard! Yall are slimy sick sons of B**ches! But I'm not the one yall could have been solid from the jump and fixed that mess yall think imma put up with but my rent may be due but I'll go stay with my mom if I got to if it means getting what yall deserve it will be more than money well spent to watch yall pay me out for time lossed at work mental and emotional damages and my insurance fees and down payment yall are a bunch of crooks!!!!🤬😡🤬🤬😡🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 More
