Dealership is absolute joke along with all of the people that work there. Customer service is non-existent. Complete lack of integrity from Nelson to the dishonest title department (Laura and Bailey). Sold that work there. Customer service is non-existent. Complete lack of integrity from Nelson to the dishonest title department (Laura and Bailey). Sold a car without a title. Had financing in place and due to the dealerships inability to produce a title over 4 months, the lender backed out. The dealership continued to promise they had the title. They set up an inspection at the Clerks office to inspect the car due to out of state title. I took off work to arrive to the inspection on time. Called the dealership to ensure they were sending someone. They confirmed in several calls that someone was on the way. After an hour, they stopped picking up my calls and finally one of the "managers" stated that no one was ever scheduled to come. 12 months and still no title. Nelson promised he would solve all of the problems and be a single point of contact. He lacks leadership and integrity and has zero customer service. Don't buy from here. Read the reviews, call the Attorney General to confirm these or file a complaint with them. This company does a disservice to the auto dealership industry. Spend your money somewhere else, they don't deserve your time or money. More
