Emily McDevitt is a superstar salesperson! I was involved in an accident where my previous vehicle was totaled. After the disappointing search around Florida, where new vehicles are $16k more I was involved in an accident where my previous vehicle was totaled. After the disappointing search around Florida, where new vehicles are $16k more than they were 4 years ago. Then the new trick at dealerships in Florida is the mandatory "local dealer" package. Whether you want it or not it is mandatory for a sale at these behemoth corporate dealerships. Tacking on another $4k - $5.5k to the advertised vehicle cost. After a couple of weeks hitting the local dealers I reverted to a national search for a used truck through Autotrader. I found three vehicles I was interested in. I sent three messages through Autotrader requesting status. I received two responses and a no response. The first was advertised at $70k, however, that was before the add ons and upgrades provided through the dealership. The "REAL" price was $103k. Unbelievable! The second response was from Emily at Chrysler of Culpeper in VA. She confirmed the availability and price at $61k. When I asked what the "out the door price" was, she reiterated the advertised price plus my state taxes. So I asked her to provide video and images of the truck to confirm the condition. She sent multiple videos and closeups of the truck. I was happy with the truck and started the purchase process. Emily followed up with me throughout the entire process. I never stepped foot in the dealership or the state of VA during the entire deal. I purchased my truck, found a delivery company and had the truck delivered to my house in Florida. Everything that was stated was accurate and there was never a feeling of bait and switch or surprise fees. I sent a check to the penny what I was quoted. The process was incredible and super convenient. If you are in the market for a vehicle anywhere in the US, this is your "local" dealer. Call and ask for Emily. She will assist with everything. Then the finance team was just as pleasant. No high pressure sales tactics and also very communicative. Go to Chrysler of Culpeper and ask for Emily! More

I hate car dealerships and the whole process but we purchased a truck on Saturday and I have to say it was a great and easy process here. Once we went in and started the paperwork we were up front with purchased a truck on Saturday and I have to say it was a great and easy process here. Once we went in and started the paperwork we were up front with Andrew Cooke and said we just wanted to sign and go . None of the extra dealership stuff lol. He was quick and to the point and we were out of his office within 15mins. Emily McDevitt was also a pleasure to work with through out the process. She did not pressure at all and just let us do our thing when it came to test drives and decisions. She made sure we got our plates back from the traded in cars, made sure out new app was working and gave us all hats to walk away with! At the end we found a small chip in the paint but when we told Emily she hoped right into action to correct it before we left ! On the way home somehow we lost one of the new plates they put on the truck and my husband called them right away and told them. They went above and beyond because the next day they came all the way to our house to give us new plates and registration. We live about 1 hour away so to me that was the kindest gesture and they could have told us to go screw our selves but they went above and beyond !!!! Thank you to everyone that helped us out !!!! Horrible place. Stay away!! My son had been in negotiations to buy a vehicle from this location. He offered to put down a deposit while he got his financing wrapped Stay away!! My son had been in negotiations to buy a vehicle from this location. He offered to put down a deposit while he got his financing wrapped up. They declined to take a deposit to hold the vehicle. He got his financing wrapped up through this dealership and was told ok financing is approved at 11:15am. Keep in mind the negotiations on the new car and my sons trade in were completed last Friday. Then out of the blue my son gets a call 2 hours later and is told that the car is now sold. Per the sales manager Jim, I was able to find out that my son was approved to purchase the vehicle at 11:15am but the vehicle was sold to someone else at 1:20pm 2 hours later. How does this happen?? Was also told by Jim that someone else walked into the dealership and wanted the car so therefore someone had to be the winner and someone the looser and my son happed to be the loser. So after a negotiated deal and approval for financing, they sold the car out from under my son. Absolutely no customer loyalty. Worst dealership experience I’ve ever been involved with in 50 + years More
