It was a pressure free transaction without the normal car sales gamesmanship most of us expect when purchasing a vehicle. I didn't hear the normal "hey what's it going to take to get you to buy today" "what payment are you looking for" "maybe you are looking for more car than you can afford" "hey tell you what I'll call my wife and ask her if I can sell you this truck you call your wife and ask her if you can buy it" I witnessed the owner sincerely thanking one of his employees then he headed back outside to help his lot guys do snow removal. That impressed me I believe quality starts at the top with good leadership. For future purchases I would have no problem returning to this dealership. More

My car of 12 years broke down Monday morning and within hours Jim had me in my brand new dodge journey, Monday evening. We have grown very fond of her over the years and appreciate her. I have often wondered why after all these years she has not been promoted to Manager of the Service Department. She is definitely an asset and one of the reasons we continue to be dedicated customers of Chrysler of Culpeper. More

New Truck I had previously bought a Ram 2500 from here and when it was time to replace it I looked at a couple of dealers in Central VA. I received by far the best experience here and a few hours later drove out in a new 2500. The whole deal was seamless, although, from start to finish, it tool a few hours. Sales and all other staff could not have been nicer and way better than the high pressure tactics I have suffered at other dealerships. More
