No hard sales here. Thank you Sam Capozzoli Just bought a 2 year old Corolla from Sam at Chrysler of Culpeper. This was the first placed we started looking for our daughters first car. As it tu Just bought a 2 year old Corolla from Sam at Chrysler of Culpeper. This was the first placed we started looking for our daughters first car. As it turns out we could have saved a week of wandering around at other dealerships and just stopped looking after we found the Corolla. Every place we went to there was always something just wrong enough with the car (or salesman) we went to see that we moved on to the next place. A week later we ended up back at C of C just to compare the Corolla to everything else we had seen and we knew we had to make an offer on the car because it was quite frankly, the cleanest vehicle we saw with the fewest flaws in the price range we were looking in. I really want to thank Sam for being so very patient with us as we jumped around from dealership to dealership looking at other cars. He checked in only twice through out the week which was greatly appreciated. Some of the other salesmen we dealt with called twice a day every day and when they started getting obnoxious I politely told them we had found another car and were no longer in the market. Sam was a complete pleasure to deal with. No in your face hard sales. He knows how to read and handle his customers as he handled us perfectly. It was refreshing to be left to do our thing and not hover over us while we inspected the car and made our decision. 5 stars to Sam and Chrysler of Culpeper. I will always make sure I check their lot first the next time Im in the market for another new car or use car. More

2016 200 silver built Michael de Nobel was our sales person and helped us while we looked at a number of different cars, trying to find one that would fit my wife's needs. He did an outstanding job helping us find one that not only meet her needs, but was one that I felt was a very good deal, which of course meet my needs. Our finance officer there on site also did a outstanding job in helping us. Sorry but I can't recall his name at this time. Lewis Pepples was also a big help with our needs while there. All in all it was an enjoyable experience, which I would say is not the normal experience shopping for a car. We were done and out of there enjoying our new ride in no time! Michael de Nobel and Kevin Jones are outstanding! Over the last few years I though costumer service was a thing of the past. Chrysler of Culpeper has changed that thinking. I Started working with Mike to purchase a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8. Mike was great to work with and helped though out the process keeping me up to date on the status of the car. (it never made the sales lot, I found it online before it was cleaned up and set out). After I purchased the car he even came to my house to get me!. The car developed an issue the first day I had it. I called Mike and he sent me to Kevin in service. After talking with Kevin we determined that what the problem was and it will be taken care of through a Chrysler warranty because of a long standing defect with the gas tank. He told me he would order my parts and call me when they came in. The whole time this was going on Mike continued to call to make sure everything was ok. The two of them have reminded me what great customer service is and means! More
