Less than 10 minutes after purchasing our 21 Pacifica, I had noticed the passenger headlight halo light wasn’t illuminating. It was midnight by the time we got home from leaving the dealership when they clo had noticed the passenger headlight halo light wasn’t illuminating. It was midnight by the time we got home from leaving the dealership when they closed at 9:20pm, so I took pictures and contacted the salesman in the morning. He told me to contact Jacob Stratman or Terrell Henkel and they will get it covered for us. After a week of trying to contact either of the 2 men they never answered their phone calls or the voicemails that I had left them. There was also a text sent out thanking us for our purchase and if there were any questions. I responded to them my issue, also completely ghosted. More
