I was in for a UConnect problem (and I've already been there multiple times - including having the Uconnect system entirely replaced). Nothing was definitely fixed - I was told that an error code was add there multiple times - including having the Uconnect system entirely replaced). Nothing was definitely fixed - I was told that an error code was addressed but wasn't given any confidence that this would be the end of it. The paperwork was not available at the end of the service and I was promised that it would be emailed to me. That never happened. I realize that there are electronic issues with all of the car brands and that it's not necessarily the dealer's fault, but 2 hours to tell me that they weren't sure if anything was fixed and then no documentation is unsatisfactory. More

Got sent to a different dealer because it wasn’t factory, when I went to another dealership they were more than willing and unsure why Chrysler World wouldn’t do the job.
