Deer Hit w brand new Jeep Renegade Great customer service overall. Jerry came with tow truck and a vehicle to use to site of accident. Vehicle was fixed in timely matter. They worked great with progressive to get me OEM parts due to it being so new. the only downfall was when I went and picked it up I could easily see body lines off where they put new fender and hood on so If my eyes can see a big difference I wasn't too sure how their professionals couldn't notice it and also the vehicle was returned to me dirty and I figure after 2 weeks in the shop and having to paint and all they would have had it ready for me squeaky clean like new. Overall though very hard to beat their customer service. More

Went above and beyond! They solved a very difficult electrical problem and then fixed it at no cost even though our warranty was no longer in effect. Very happy with them. Horrible customer service! I would like to give zero stars but that isn't an option. I will never buy another vehicle from Chrysler World. When we initially bought our Jeep we h I would like to give zero stars but that isn't an option. I will never buy another vehicle from Chrysler World. When we initially bought our Jeep we had a good experience with the sales person. However once I started having issues with my vehicle my impression of this dealer has significantly dropped. I have a 2014 Jeep that is known for rough shifting and this was actually a buy back for this problem but I was told this was fixed. Well it wasnt. I started having the same issues. Brought it in several times to basically be told they couldn't get it to do what I said it was doing. Almost 3 years and multiple appointments to try to get this resolved but nothing was ever fixed. I finally started getting some answers when I took it to Gandrud. No questions asked Gandrud started the Chrysler protocol for the common transmission issue and today I am getting my transmission replaced through them. But the dealer that I bought it from gave me the run around for 3 years. The biggest problem I have with this is that Chrysler knows there was an issue and put a protocol in place to rectify the issue yet Chrysler World never followed this protocol to get the issue resolved. What horrible customer service! More
