Horrible customer service! I would like to give zero stars but that isn't an option. I will never buy another vehicle from Chrysler World. When we initially bought our Jeep we had a good experience with the sales person. However once I started having issues with my vehicle my impression of this dealer has significantly dropped. I have a 2014 Jeep that is known for rough shifting and this was actually a buy back for this problem but I was told this was fixed. Well it wasnt. I started having the same issues. Brought it in several times to basically be told they couldn't get it to do what I said it was doing. Almost 3 years and multiple appointments to try to get this resolved but nothing was ever fixed. I finally started getting some answers when I took it to Gandrud. No questions asked Gandrud started the Chrysler protocol for the common transmission issue and today I am getting my transmission replaced through them. But the dealer that I bought it from gave me the run around for 3 years. The biggest problem I have with this is that Chrysler knows there was an issue and put a protocol in place to rectify the issue yet Chrysler World never followed this protocol to get the issue resolved. What horrible customer service! More

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them September 2016. It has been repaired 6 times in the last year under a 12 month warranty given to me by the manufacturer. I have lost almost a month of usage throughout the repairs. They keep making money off of repairs while I keep losing money and time. I have had repeat issues (all different variations) and they will not stand by their product or their promise. During the last repair, I was given the vehicle back with a new issue that wasn't there when they repaired it last week. My vehicle, at this point, is unsafe and not operable. I was told by sales associate, Josh Depetro (the guy I worked with originally and made money off of my purchase), that it's the customer responsibility to deal with issues and my issue is above his pay grade and not his responsiblity. I was then sent to sales manager, Ron Klug, who seemed to care and said he'll diagnose my issues and then work on the cost and see how the costs are split up. Then, my service advisor called me, he had no knowledge of this conversation and when he asked Mr. Klug about it, he back peddled and said there is nothing more they're willing to do. My service advisor then spoke to Terrell Henkle, the GM and partner, and the said they would cover the $115.00 diagnostic cost and that's all they're willing to do. I will never do business with them again and I STRONGLY urge you to reconsider if you are looking at buying from them. Any cost savings they provide to you up front won't make up for the money you'll lose in the end. More

I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Aspen from Chrysler World in September. Mike (my salesperson) was very straight forward and friendly. He worked with my to get the best price and gave me a great price for my trade. After the purchase Mike got me 2 sets of headphones (missing from the previous owner) free of charge. That's no the best part. I heard a slight noise at highway speed. I brought it in, assuming they would try everything in their power to avoid warranty service, to look at it. After going for a ride they replaced the front driveshaft. That ended up not being the issue. They replaced the torque converter next. That still didn't resolve the noise. They are now working directly with Chrysler to take care of the issue. I have dealt with a number of dealerships and none compare to the service Chrysler World has provided. Being in sales myself, its refreshing to see a business so dedicated to taking care of their customers. I will purchase my next vehicle from them and recommend anyone in Northeast Wisconsin check them out first. I also want to recognize the service manager who has personally test drove and called me to keep me updated. More
My wife and purchased a vehicle from Rob. We needed to have some warranty work done on it and ended up taking it to our local Dodge dealer (Rob is 1 1/4 hours away from us). What a mistake!! Our local dealer gave us the worst service I have ever seen. They had the car for 3 1/2 weeks and still didn't get our car fixed. I couldn't even get a loaner car from them! We called Rob during all of this and he really stepped up to the plate for us. He gave us a loaner car and even delivered it down to us. Then they fixed the mistakes our local dealer made. Rob was friendly and kept in touch with us the entire time. It was great working with Rob and Chrysler World and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle - new or used. I will be looking for another car in the near future and will start my seach with them. More
