Brad got the car wrote up quickly for battery to be checked out and oil to be changed in the Charger. Once the tech found out the battery was junk Brad got a hold of me right away to find out it was o checked out and oil to be changed in the Charger. Their estimate was in line with the estimate made by the insurance company so they agreed to pay for the repairs to my vehicle. The repairs were done quickly because they did some work before I had to take my vehicle into Chrysler World so that I would have the least amount of time without my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the work that was done by the Collision Department. More

Stopped for an oil change. They dont have a quick lube but Maryann was kind and able to get me serviced right away! Plus a complementary car wash! Strangely the next day I noticed numerous scratches on my but Maryann was kind and able to get me serviced right away! Plus a complementary car wash! Strangely the next day I noticed numerous scratches on my passenger side step-bumper. I stopped in right after work and pointed out what I found. I couldn't explain it as they were vertical scratches and only in the center. She said the have a touchless car wash and the oil change was done on the rack. I don't believe Chrysler World was responsible but free of charge they buffed out the scratches! I'll definitely recommend Chrysler World and use them again! More
