Very good so far I am very happy. My 1500 Ram had the Hemi tick. Turn out to be a heat shield. They replaced the heat shield and all the bolts and showed me the work afterwards. Hemi tick. Brad got the car wrote up quickly for battery to be checked out and oil to be changed in the Charger. Once the tech found out the battery was junk Brad got a hold of me right away to find out it was o checked out and oil to be changed in the Charger. An explanation of what the repairs would consist of was given to me by th The Collision Department was very thorough on their estimate of my repairs. An explanation of what the repairs would consist of was given to me by the supervisor of the department with a timeline of how the repairs would be completed. Their estimate was in line with the estimate made by the insurance company so they agreed to pay for the repairs to my vehicle. The repairs were done quickly because they did some work before I had to take my vehicle into Chrysler World so that I would have the least amount of time without my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the work that was done by the Collision Department. More
