Less than 10 minutes after purchasing our 21 Pacifica, I had noticed the passenger headlight halo light wasn’t illuminating. It was midnight by the time we got home from leaving the dealership when they closed at 9:20pm, so I took pictures and contacted the salesman in the morning. He told me to contact Jacob Stratman or Terrell Henkel and they will get it covered for us. After a week of trying to contact either of the 2 men they never answered their phone calls or the voicemails that I had left them. There was also a text sent out thanking us for our purchase and if there were any questions. I responded to them my issue, also completely ghosted. More

I’ve been bring in my jeep for service for 8 years now. This last visit was not satisfactory!! I was told that my front and left/right breaks were at a 4! I said that is impossible as I just had all breaks This last visit was not satisfactory!! I was told that my front and left/right breaks were at a 4! I said that is impossible as I just had all breaks/rotors done on August 14th! Krystal Akman insisted that the tech was not wrong!! She offered to have my jeep put back up on the hoist take the tire off and show me. I said please do because I know With certainty, my front brake pads are not at four!!! Three people were looking at my breaks. Krystal comes back brings me to my jeep and says well it appears that your breaks are NOT at a 4!! They are actually at a NINE!! She then proceeded to tell me that because of my pins on my breaks it can be hard to read when measuring but if you measure from this angle you’re breaks are at a 9. Never in the eight years that I have been bringing my Jeep there for service have my pins on my brakes ever been an issue with the technicians measuring them to me. This is not a pin issue on my brakes. This is a lack of knowledge on the technicians part on how to measure brakes and should be educated better. Who Ellis brakes is he measuring wrong?!?! I didn’t get a sorry this was our mistake we apologize instead I got excuses on how it wasn’t there mistake!!! if I didn’t know any better about my brakes and I would’ve said yeah go do my brakes. Do what she Gotta do to get it done and you guys took my tire off and realize that my brake pads didn’t need to be done. I without a doubt believe you, Chrysler world would have done the service anyways and charged me. Within the past year year and a half Chrysler world has really gone downhill you walk into that place and you feel like you’re walking into a dark box. People don’t smile people’s personalities aren’t uppity. It’s like the workers don’t want to be there. I observe the staff while waiting in the waiting room a lot of them walk in and out of the waiting room with their heads down just waiting for the day to be over. This is NOT the atmosphere that it wants used to be!!!!! It’s a shame Chrysler world used to be a respectable dealership!! I have family that has worked there for 13/20 years and loved it because the company actually cared about their staff, and they also used to care about their customers and their experiences with the dealership. It’s no longer Christ the world where our world revolves around you!!! I feel like my time was wasted by the lack of knowledge on the Technician part beyond his lack of Knowledge onto properly do his job! More
