My vehicle had a hole in my rear rubber brake line. I had to have it towed to your business and I live 2.5 hours away. My total bill was $567 and the parts were $96. To say that labor was $471 is ridic I had to have it towed to your business and I live 2.5 hours away. My total bill was $567 and the parts were $96. To say that labor was $471 is ridiculous and then to make matters worse I get there and then you people charge a 3% service fee for credit card payments. I can see this at time from small businesses but you are not that. At no point did the service person texting me the status of my vehicle let me know that this would happen. Had I known this I would have brought a check or cash. It's not like vehicle repairs are cheap, seems like a nice racket you got there. But what am I to do. More
