When the car was done they called the second party to let them know. I called Chrysler World after my car was there for 9 days and inquired about it. Then they told me it was done. No one listened to me about what should be done. More

Mechanic didn’t physically verify my flywheel was in good shape by looking at it he just said it sounded good when my truck started. This was after I brought it in for my starter for the second time after fi shape by looking at it he just said it sounded good when my truck started. This was after I brought it in for my starter for the second time after first appointment my starter wasn’t starting my truck normally but they said it was good now a few months later it was because sparks were flying under my truck when very roughly screeching starting up, from starter gear making bad contact with flywheel. So I needed a new starter and wanted them to check over my fly wheel in case it needed replacing too while my warranty is still good and even told them to send me a picture of my fly wheel. They sent me a picture of my flywheel in the engine where only 20 teeth were visible out of the about 150 teeth on fly wheel. Reason they did that was because they said they’d have to take apart engine and hand turn crankshaft to see all teeth to verify. Apparently they didn’t have the ambition to do that and physically check it over by viewing it rather than assuming from how it sounds starting. More
