I'd recommend depending on the service. Usually a good experience, but last time wasn't great. Also, now there is a "data storage fee" whatever that is... They found another issue while working on car and were going to charge another $700+ to fix - I called the other mechanic I use and asked for a price - he would have charged $520 for the total job and Chrysler World was going to charge $1000+!! When I did call and question some of the charges - they did a tire rotation which I did not ask for and charged more for the work than what was quoted - they did offer future credit which was at least an attempt to make things right. I will go back in the future for basic service. More
