The service department had poor communication and did not listen to the concerns that I knew were issues on the vehicle. Additionally, though no way to prove it, after I received repairs and an oil change, my vehicle was returned with numerous scratches on the rear bumper. Then, roughly 10 days after I received repairs and oil change, my car began overheating. I brought it to a different shop and found oil had been mixed in with my coolant. I would appreciate someone reaching out to help solve this problem. More
I paid for the extended bumper-to-bumper warranty, and it's been more challenging to use it than I expected. Everything you expect to get covered DOES get covered...eventually....but it's always multiple it's been more challenging to use it than I expected. This last issue, which was some faulty wiring to the rear license plate light, took two trips. When I called them, I told them that my normal mechanic was willing to do that, but since it's warranted, I think Jeep should do it. They have my VIN as I purchased everything through them. On the first trip to CW, I was able to get a new key fob (which was part of the reason why I went there in addition to the wiring), but that too was multiple phone calls and trips to get that done. The tipping point for me was that the person that I was talking to about streamlining the process was short with me and talked over me. Once she started to listen, it was better. Nothing more frustrating than someone talking over you like you don't matter. Bottom line, the stuff is fixed correctly. It was more of a challenging experience than it should have been. I have used NO WHERE near the cost of the bumper to bumper, yet. The Jeep works fine and is 8 years old. More
