Last year my truck was in for a warranty claim to replace cracked exhaust manifolds. Since that time I've had an exhaust leak a little farther back before the muffler. Since I live 45 minutes away, I didn't cracked exhaust manifolds. Since that time I've had an exhaust leak a little farther back before the muffler. Since I live 45 minutes away, I didn't make a special trip for the repair. When I called for a new recall notice, I asked to have the oil changed, tires rotated and the exhaust leak fixed. I was told that even though they had taken my exhaust apart last year, this was not covered and would cost me an additional $260. I then informed them that they should only do the recall work. When I picked up the truck, I was informed that they did the oil and tires anyhow and I had a bill to pay. It wasn't worth an arguement so I paid it and left without visiting the sales lot which was part of my original plan. More
Prices for simple services like oil changes are way too high for the small community that we are in. high for the small community that we are in. More
This is the second vehicle that we purchased from Lee - and the third vehicle that we have purchased from Chrysler World in the past 7 years. We did our due diligence, and Chrysler World had the best adver and the third vehicle that we have purchased from Chrysler World in the past 7 years. We did our due diligence, and Chrysler World had the best advertised price for the Chrysler Pacifica that we purchased. They were willing to work with me on our trade-in to get the price that I wanted for that too. Overall, very good experience - which is why we keep going back. Lee is a great salesman - would highly recommend. We also take our vehicles here for maintenance and have always had a good experience. More
I was blowen away, that they would let me try the truck out for a few days. Before I put anything down! I bought the truck, it was the 3.6L, but it's responsive on the road and economical. The camper we ha out for a few days. Before I put anything down! I bought the truck, it was the 3.6L, but it's responsive on the road and economical. The camper we have is less than 3500 lbs and this will pull it. If you're looking for a good truck that Can pass the gas station, (I've gone 2 weeks between putting gas in it) one could do far worse than the Ram. We also went with the extended service plan due to the amount of electronics involved. This option was a pretty good use of $50. bucks per month to have peace of mind. I am very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
