I waited over a week for parts for my Jeep. It was steering rod, which made my jeep have a Death Wobble. That was covered in Warranty, but they also said ALL 4 shocks had to be replaced. WHE It was steering rod, which made my jeep have a Death Wobble. That was covered in Warranty, but they also said ALL 4 shocks had to be replaced. WHEN do all your shocks go out. $1300.00 later. Oh yeah and this is a new jeep! I have never replaced a shock on a vehicle in my 40 years of driving. If this steering rod made them all go bad. It should all be covered. I will not being going back. We currently have 6 Jeeps in our family. Never again!! More

They did my oil change and tire rotation and during the inspection they noticed a leak from my fuel filter. came in on 12-16-25 for an oil change on my truck. sat in waiting room for 1 1/2 hrs. for a 20 minute oil change. later in the day i went to check my tire pressure and no tire pressure on display. evi sat in waiting room for 1 1/2 hrs. for a 20 minute oil change. later in the day i went to check my tire pressure and no tire pressure on display. evidently the tire pressure sensor was not reset. I called the service dept. to talk to the service manager, was told she was busy so left my phone number. the phone call was never returned. I will never return to your dealership again. I might add me and my family have purchased at least 8 vehicles over the years. never again !!!!!!! More
