Chad was the employee that I worked with the most. He was very friendly and I never felt pressured to buy anything. He sent me several follow up emails after my purchase and I really appreciated how concerned he was with my satisfaction about the purchase. I bought the car on Chad's day off and Ron was the one who helped me. Ron was very impersonal, he didn't show compassion or understanding. His attitude was strictly sales sales sales. I felt very pressured and I could tell he didn't care about me, he only cared about the deal he was about to make. I never received any follow up emails or phone calls from him. All in all the company is very nice and have a wide selection of vehicles. I can honestly say that Chad is the most friendliest sales person I have ever met. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Chrysler World. They have gone above and beyond my expectations to satisfy my wife and I with an issues that arose with our used vehicles. Have not had an experience like this at a dealership ever in my life. Jerry contacted me to help me obtain a loan on my new vehicle and we scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. When I got there Jerry let me pick any vehicle on the lot under 20,000. I normally have to choose from one or two vehicles everywhere else. When I found the vehicle of my dreams (2008 Dodge Ram) I went in to talk to the person in the Finance office. He already had all the paperwork done and I was already approved all I had to do was come up with a copy of my paystub. He took the time to go over my credit with me and show me things I can check on that would improve my credit. He also showed me a website that I can dispute a few items on my credit that shouldn't have been there. I have not had someone take interest in me personally for my future like this in the past and was very impressed. I will send all my family and friends to Chrysler World because of how I was treated with so much care; almost like family. I left there with a beautiful new truck and some optimism for my future after I improve my credit. More
