Chad was the employee that I worked with the most. He was very friendly and I never felt pressured to buy anything. He is a VERY good employee and he really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He sent me several follow up emails after my purchase and I really appreciated how concerned he was with my satisfaction about the purchase. I bought the car on Chad's day off and Ron was the one who helped me. Ron was very impersonal, he didn't show compassion or understanding. His attitude was strictly sales sales sales. I felt very pressured and I could tell he didn't care about me, he only cared about the deal he was about to make. I never received any follow up emails or phone calls from him. All in all the company is very nice and have a wide selection of vehicles. I can honestly say that Chad is the most friendliest sales person I have ever met.
