I have been everywhere looking for a new vehicle and I came across one online from Chrysler World and I went to go check it out. When I arrived Julie Gordon was quick to come and greet and help us. She did an outstanding job at helping us and I would recommend you to ask for her. She is very nice and not pushy at all throughout your buying experience. I even got to take the Wrangler home for the weekend which made my decision making process ten times easier after I got a feel for the vehicle, I am extremely glad that I got to do that! The price on the Jeep was a lot lower then competition and comparable Wranglers in the area, and I did my research so I knew that I was getting a good deal. They were able to get me a good financing rate, high dollar amount for my trade, a great deal, and expectational customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. The process was very simple and everyone from Julie Gordon to Ron Klug to Ron Nelson did an outstanding job. I had been thinking about purchasing a Dodge Charger for years. A couple weeks ago, I decided to finally purchase one. I spent hours on the internet researching available Chargers. I contacted several dealers via phone and internet. I was fortunate enough to have Paul Mattek from Chrysler World respond to my email. He went above and beyond every other dealer that I contacted from Milwaukee to Green Bay on the phone and via email. He was friendly, truly cared that I got the right vehicle, and also wanted to give me the best possible deal. When I went in to test drive, he not only gave me undivided personal attention but was adamant that I leave happy and with the Charger I truly love. Paul cared about me as a person. He followed up with every email and call I made. He was not high pressure, he offered me the best trade-in value on my old car, he searched the internet for discounts and rebates, and when nothing on the lot was "that car" he worked with other dealers to find me the car of my dreams. He never even tried to pressure me into any other Charger on the lot. He wanted me to have the car I wanted and not just make a quick sale. And then when it came time for signing, I was even more surprised to find another $400 discount that Paul had found. I will never go anywhere else but Chrysler World in the future. I have been familiar with and shopped the Chrysler World website many times, however, have not purchase a car from them until a recent truck came to their lot. I called CW on Wednesday morning, talked to Rob. they didn't have what we wanted in stock so he searched dealerships and found one, with some bonus options for us. We were excited to hear about the protection packages. that can now only cover 999,999 miles but also adds value at trade in time . Ron didn't just writet up a sale... he walked us the options of each, letting us weigh out the merits of each Rob spent a lot of time in the van with us showing us the van & console features, settings etc. Both Rob and Ron made a lasting impression on us, both know there jobs and vehicles well have a lot of integrity. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Aspen from Chrysler World in September. Mike (my salesperson) was very straight forward and friendly. That's no the best part. I heard a slight noise at highway speed. I brought it in, assuming they would try everything in their power to avoid warranty service, to look at it. After going for a ride they replaced the front driveshaft. That ended up not being the issue. They replaced the torque converter next. That still didn't resolve the noise. They are now working directly with Chrysler to take care of the issue. I have dealt with a number of dealerships and none compare to the service Chrysler World has provided. Being in sales myself, its refreshing to see a business so dedicated to taking care of their customers. I will purchase my next vehicle from them and recommend anyone in Northeast Wisconsin check them out first. I also want to recognize the service manager who has personally test drove and called me to keep me updated. More

This dealer is incredible!! Words alone can not express just how terrific they are! I am a recently divorced woman, who was desperately in need of a new vehicle. Jerry not only made sure I got there safely, he also stayed well over his workday for me and made sure I had great directions for getting back home! He was super friendly and funny and put me completely at ease during what was a very scary process for me. After all of this great service...it didn't end there! I ran into a glitch with my financing and ron and Jerry gave 150% effort to rectify the situation for me . They both worked so hard to help me, it is truly amazing the effort put forth by these great guys. In the end I wound up with my car, and feeling very blessed . My wife and purchased a vehicle from Rob. We needed to have some warranty work done on it and ended up taking it to our local Dodge dealer (Rob is 1 1/4 hours away from us). What a mistake!! Our local dealer gave us the worst service I have ever seen. They had the car for 3 1/2 weeks and still didn't get our car fixed. I couldn't even get a loaner car from them! We called Rob during all of this and he really stepped up to the plate for us. He gave us a loaner car and even delivered it down to us. Then they fixed the mistakes our local dealer made. Rob was friendly and kept in touch with us the entire time. It was great working with Rob and Chrysler World and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle - new or used. I will be looking for another car in the near future and will start my seach with them. More
