Friendly until papers are signed They were great to work with until the papers to buy my car were signed, then it was like I didn't exist. I contacted them a few days after my purchase to ask them how the cruise control worked. (Window sticker claimed it was equipped) Their response was, it is not equipped and there is a disclaimer on the bottom of the sticker saying that items that are marked equipped may not be actually equipped. Keep in mind that there is a specific box for them to mark "not equipped" if it is in fact, not equipped. I can understand that mistakes happen, however, that was not the only "mistake" they made on the window sticker. They also had marked it as an automatic transmission when it was clearly a manual transmission. Not only did I have the issue with the window sticker, but they also claimed that the oil was fresh and just changed, however, the oil life percentage was displaying at 41%. I am not saying that they lied about any of this, but that is one to many "mistakes" for my taste. I reached out to them again with all this information nearly 3 weeks ago, and still have yet to get a response. This was my very first car buying experience, and am disheartened by this whole deal. Not what I had envisioned. My advice, unless you are planning on spending a lot of money on a brand new vehicle, steer clear of them because I feel their service department lacks integrity and the "after sale" customer service in my opinion, is non existent. They do whatever it takes to make the sale, but it seems that is all it was...just another sale and not a customer. More

After surfing the internet for a SUV I found several places that had the vehicle I was looking for. But I have bad credit due to a recent bankruptcy that kept me from securing a loan and I told that to Jerry and he asked me for my information so he could see if he could get me financed. Later Jerry called me back and said he had good news. He got me approved for the financing and to come down look at what he had. I drove there and met Jerry and he was very nice and friendly. He said that he was going to get my vehicle and drive it too the front for me to look at. He drives up with the SUV I was looking for and it was even better than the picture posted on the web site. After I took it for a test ride he said he had a great deal for me the car was listed for 23,000.00 and he was going to sale it to me for 16900.00. Unbelievable but it was true and I did get it for that price. Also I was looking for several weeks and the SUV I bought from him with the same miles and year on the other dealers were selling for around 22 to 25,000.00. Chrysler World did not pressure me to buy the vehicle they were very nice and friendly. I highly recommend them. More

The following day a squeak was heard coming from the front end. It had been raining hard the previous day. Noise was driving me insane. Got a hold of Jerry and it was looked at immediately along with some hail damage. The hail damage was repaired but the squeak was still heard. I brought it back a few days later at my convenience. This time the squeak was gone along with an explanation. Of the 6 vehicles I've purchased this was the first one with any kind of issue. They handled it professionally and quickly. Make sure you see Jerry next vehicle purchase. You wont be disappointed! More

I couldn't be happier and will be back when the time comes to buy a new vehicle. My son and daughter in law are moving this way with my two grandsons and I will be sending them to Chrysler world to buy a new vehicle for the winters up here.
