Chrysler World, "They don't care after the sell" I purchased a new 2016 Ram and there "Finalcoat" rust and protection package. Unfortunately my truck ended up getting hard water spots all over it. I I purchased a new 2016 Ram and there "Finalcoat" rust and protection package. Unfortunately my truck ended up getting hard water spots all over it. I took it back to Chrysler World and Don Birmingham (body shop manager) said we will have to file a claim with Finalcoat to get this fixed and that will take 30-45 days. Well, I waited over 45 days, and no answer. So I called Finalcoat myself and they said the claim was approved 7 days after it was filed. So I ended up driving my new truck with hard water spot all over it for 2 months when it could have been fixed in a week. I also sent a letter to Stu Winarski the owner of Chrysler World about my problem an he never responded. More

Do not purchase a car from this dealership We purchased a Ford Fusion from Chrysler World. The car now has a severe coolant leak and is over heating. When we took it back to the dealer with o We purchased a Ford Fusion from Chrysler World. The car now has a severe coolant leak and is over heating. When we took it back to the dealer with our "extended warranty" they stated that they would get an estimate over to their insurance company who we purchased the extended warranty from. However, the estimate is over $2000 and now they are trying to state that the warranty has expired. Due to the extent of the repair, they have decided that it is not under warranty. We have paperwork to show that it is and we were told by the salesman that our extended warranty takes over when the standard warranty is over. They are now trying to tell us something else. Do not believe what they say and get everything in writing. More
