The following day a squeak was heard coming from the front end. It had been raining hard the previous day. Noise was driving me insane. Got a hold of Jerry and it was looked at immediately along with some hail damage. The hail damage was repaired but the squeak was still heard. I brought it back a few days later at my convenience. This time the squeak was gone along with an explanation. Of the 6 vehicles I've purchased this was the first one with any kind of issue. They handled it professionally and quickly. They had the truck I was looking for and for the price I was looking for! I visited many dealerships online and in person, not only dodge but chevy and ford as well. Actually Ram was my third on my radar but it wont be in any future vehicle purchases. Chrysler world has amazing service all around. I felt like I was treated like an old friend or family. never felt pressured. I wanted the ram with 5.7 hemi. I don't believe I specifically made a point of that particular detail and not to brightly left the lot with the purchase of a ram model with the v6, assuming it had the hemi. hey it still had some others brands beat with a v8. but anyway I explained the situation to the dealership and how I thought it was a hemi model and the HUGE mistake I made and they were just amazing about it. They got me in the truck id been dreaming of the next day and have remained just as friendly and willing to go out of their way to provide excellent service. Definitely the place to go if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!!! If your thinking that youre not a dodge/Chrysler person id recommend stopping in and giving it a try and they also have used vehicles of all makes so stop in for excellent service and check out the selection. And don't worry. they are very professional and willing to help you without pressure. More

Jerry showed us a few cars within our budget, our needs, our wants, and he let us guide the tour, for the most part. If we liked a car, we stopped, he talked to us about the car, it was never a hassle. When we found the car we wanted (a nice Dodge Caliber), he took us inside. Jerry and the rest of those in the process moved with great speed and showed incredible service along the way. They got us financing we couldn't even imagine getting at another dealership.
