They show that they care! I bought my vehicle at the end of March 2018 and didn't have a problem until October 2018. I'm a college student and work part time. My car had started to misfire and sputter all of a sudden. At this point we scheduled an appointment with my mechanic at the end of the week, which was as soon as we could get in. On Monday, it all of a sudden died on my way to work. Unfortunately, I had to get it towed to my mechanic and then wait for his diagnostic, wait for parts to get in for it, which was an ECM unit, and have another tow to the Chrysler dealership in Sheboygan. This whole time we had been in contact with the salesman that I had got my car with, Jerry. He really felt bad about the amount of time they were taking to fix it and even offered to tow it by himself to Abrams so that they could take care of it for me. The ECM unit wasn't even all of the problem because it didn't start. It had a major electrical problem and backfired through the third cylinder into the ECM unit. It even melted the coil and my mechanic had to saw it off in order to replace it. Of course the cost of all of this was over $1,000. Before, Jerry had offered half of the bill or up to $400, but when we got the check it was exactly half! I have never heard of a dealership that has stood by their cars and really cared about their customers like this one has. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need a new car down the road! (Not an all day or more process) WE GOT AN PRICE THAT COULD NOT BE BEAT!...sort of explains why the sales people don't act like starved dogs! What a nightmare Zero Stars. The wife and I decided to give Chrysler World a chance to win our business. We knew the vehicle we wanted prior to going to the dealership Zero Stars. We test drove two vehicles and agreed the original vehicle we went there for. We mentioned we wanted to keep the monthly under a certain amount. When the financing came back it was $22 more than we wanted but agreed to it and signed the agreement. We spent the next hour waiting on the finance manager to complete the paperwork. The salesman pushed us to take the vehicle that day. So he had it detailed for us to take with us. The wife and I were excited. Finally the finance manager had the paper work complete and was ready for us. It was after the dealership closed and he was rushing us through signing all the paper work. When I got to the second to last form I noticed the numbers not making sense. When I questioned it, the finance manager realized he made a mistake and took all the paperwork away and trashed it. He the came back saying the monthly payment was $55 dollars more than we wanted to spend. Disappointed the wife and I said forget the deal and left. On Monday morning I received a phone call from the salesman. He mentioned he still wanted to work something out. I said we didn't want that high monthly payment. He mentioned he needed sometime to work something out. His sales manager called me back 30 minutes later. I mentioned how disappointed I was with the whole transaction and I would not agree to high monthly payment. I also mentioned that I could not promote Chrysler World because of our disappointing transaction. He got upset with me and started yelling at me over the phone. At this point I said I would never work with Chrysler World and hung up. We took our business to one of their competitors and purchased a vehicle. More
