Horrible customer service! I would like to give zero stars but that isn't an option. I will never buy another vehicle from Chrysler World. When we initially bought our Jeep we h I would like to give zero stars but that isn't an option. I will never buy another vehicle from Chrysler World. When we initially bought our Jeep we had a good experience with the sales person. However once I started having issues with my vehicle my impression of this dealer has significantly dropped. I have a 2014 Jeep that is known for rough shifting and this was actually a buy back for this problem but I was told this was fixed. Well it wasnt. I started having the same issues. Brought it in several times to basically be told they couldn't get it to do what I said it was doing. Almost 3 years and multiple appointments to try to get this resolved but nothing was ever fixed. I finally started getting some answers when I took it to Gandrud. No questions asked Gandrud started the Chrysler protocol for the common transmission issue and today I am getting my transmission replaced through them. But the dealer that I bought it from gave me the run around for 3 years. The biggest problem I have with this is that Chrysler knows there was an issue and put a protocol in place to rectify the issue yet Chrysler World never followed this protocol to get the issue resolved. What horrible customer service! More
