Stopped for an oil change. They dont have a quick lube but Maryann was kind and able to get me serviced right away! Plus a complementary car wash! Strangely the next day I noticed numerous scratches on my but Maryann was kind and able to get me serviced right away! Plus a complementary car wash! Strangely the next day I noticed numerous scratches on my passenger side step-bumper. I stopped in right after work and pointed out what I found. I couldn't explain it as they were vertical scratches and only in the center. She said the have a touchless car wash and the oil change was done on the rack. I don't believe Chrysler World was responsible but free of charge they buffed out the scratches! I'll definitely recommend Chrysler World and use them again! More
