Met with Mary Ann in the collision department on warranty work on my Dodge Grand Caravan. All went well with the service, was provided with a clean loaner car, my Dodge was repaired and returned before the work on my Dodge Grand Caravan. As always, the service team did a great job on our Jeep. Brad is fantastic with communication and even sent me home in a loaner when it didn't look like the work would be done before closing that day. The team also fixed a long standing issue with the blind spot monitor that 2 other dealers didn't even look at because the system didn't throw a code. I'm very thankful for technicians who can step outside of the box and actually diagnose something without a computer. More
