The people I deal with are very friendly and professional. BUT I seriously doubt I will ever buy another Chrysler product -- how an auto maker can produce such low gas mileage cars is beyond me professional. BUT I seriously doubt I will ever buy another Chrysler product -- how an auto maker can produce such low gas mileage cars is beyond me. EVERY vehicle in the showroom lists extremely poor gas mileage. In this day and age, when a sensible human being would know that fossil fuels are creating havoc in the environment, a company that actually cares about this planet would create better mileage cars, suv's, trucks, etc. Shame on Chrysler !!!! More

I hit a deer on Fathers Day evening. Jerry left home and came with the tow truck, loaded my vehicle on the back then hooked up my boat and took us to the dealership. He gave me a loaner Ram pickup with towing and hooked up my boat. Saved my fishing trip by making a disaster a very smooth memorable experience. They got my vehicle into there body shop and fixed it like new in a very short time. Maryann kept me informed and I was totally impressed with her customer service. Overall, I have not had such a great experience with any kind of business. Other companies should be like them. They set the standard. RATING 10 STARS!!! More

The service department continues to decline with customer service over the past two years. The head of the department has shown some of the worst customer service, which has spilled over into the rest of the service over the past two years.
