Poorly managed. Very unorganized. Spent 4 hours trying to make a deal work after they sold me a faulty truck, right after I was assured everything was doubled over t Very unorganized. Spent 4 hours trying to make a deal work after they sold me a faulty truck, right after I was assured everything was doubled over twice and the truck was good to go. In the end made a deal on a different truck. But even that was agonizing. I told them the numbers everything needed to be at for me to even consider buying another truck from them. Then they preceeded to jerk me around and give my 4 different offers outside of what I said I was willing to do. Finally someone went upstairs and made something happen. And then the truck I left with had wheel weights left in 1 tire. Which wouldn't have been a big deal, but, the wheel weights were thicker than the clearance between the rim and brake caliper. Therefore as I left, I had a chirp coming from the wheel everytime the wheel weight scrapped acrossed the caliper. Thankfully i realized it and popped them off right away. Most unsatisfying experience at a car dealership ever! More
#1 dealer website had a schedule service section so I did that ,when I came in for service they said that part of the website wasn’t supposed to be active but they did the service anyway. On there website it said that they would check my vehicle for recalls there is nothing in my paperwork saying they did it because I know I have an open recall. I had a coupon for an oil change that included up to 6qt of for 73.95 my truck takes 7qts they disregarded the oil change coupon and gave me a 20.00 discount and I ended up paying them 118.00 . This is why I don’t like to bring my vehicles to the dealership for service even though I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. I will change the oil my self and only spend 75.00 total and an hour of my time. I only scheduled service because of the coupon and I was short on time. More
Last 2 times had oil changed the tech didn’t reset it. Third times tech didn’t update oil changed sticker. Back brakes were double the prices quoted.
