It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to change oil and rotate tires. The impact wrench was to big for the hole opening and to the chrome off of every single opening where the lug nuts are. Nice people, appt took the hour they said it would. Reason for 4 stars is I went there for a recall that needed to update the computer. When I got in the car to drive home I quickly realized that all of our settings were wiped, everything was back to factory default, phone connections, seat settings, everything. I can deal with settings issue, but I was not warned about it. I've had computer updates that have not reset everything in the past so I didn't think about it. What really killed me is that the clock wasn't even set. Should be common curtesy , always has been. It's the small things forgotten from customer service today that separate the repeat customer from the one and done customer.+ More

The main reason I bought a truck from you it is my buddy told me that when you get your oil changed there you have a certified mechanic doing the work. Well I’m very disappointed. I was in for a UConnect problem (and I've already been there multiple times - including having the Uconnect system entirely replaced). Nothing was definitely fixed - I was told that an error code was add there multiple times - including having the Uconnect system entirely replaced). Nothing was definitely fixed - I was told that an error code was addressed but wasn't given any confidence that this would be the end of it. The paperwork was not available at the end of the service and I was promised that it would be emailed to me. That never happened. I realize that there are electronic issues with all of the car brands and that it's not necessarily the dealer's fault, but 2 hours to tell me that they weren't sure if anything was fixed and then no documentation is unsatisfactory. More

Got sent to a different dealer because it wasn’t factory, when I went to another dealership they were more than willing and unsure why Chrysler World wouldn’t do the job.
