Last year my truck was in for a warranty claim to replace cracked exhaust manifolds. Since that time I've had an exhaust leak a little farther back before the muffler. Since I live 45 minutes away, I didn't cracked exhaust manifolds. Since that time I've had an exhaust leak a little farther back before the muffler. Since I live 45 minutes away, I didn't make a special trip for the repair. When I called for a new recall notice, I asked to have the oil changed, tires rotated and the exhaust leak fixed. I was told that even though they had taken my exhaust apart last year, this was not covered and would cost me an additional $260. I then informed them that they should only do the recall work. When I picked up the truck, I was informed that they did the oil and tires anyhow and I had a bill to pay. It wasn't worth an arguement so I paid it and left without visiting the sales lot which was part of my original plan. More

This is the second vehicle that we purchased from Lee - and the third vehicle that we have purchased from Chrysler World in the past 7 years. We did our due diligence, and Chrysler World had the best adver and the third vehicle that we have purchased from Chrysler World in the past 7 years. We did our due diligence, and Chrysler World had the best advertised price for the Chrysler Pacifica that we purchased. They were willing to work with me on our trade-in to get the price that I wanted for that too. Overall, very good experience - which is why we keep going back. Lee is a great salesman - would highly recommend. We also take our vehicles here for maintenance and have always had a good experience. More
