Jose n Bill great...HUGE issue with service I unfortunately just leased a jeep n only had it on the road for 1 month and it needed major work.... I was unable to drive my brand new jeep for 3 we I unfortunately just leased a jeep n only had it on the road for 1 month and it needed major work.... I was unable to drive my brand new jeep for 3 weeks!!! My salesman ,Jose was wonderful!!! I felt very comfortable with him. Bill from service was also great ... Katherine very pleasant in service However.... my understanding for delay was the part needed was back ordered ... then I was told the part was in on 8/29 but could not be fixed because 3 mechanics quit!!!
