Unprofessional and don't know how to talk to customers The issue with my car was resolved on this visit but I still was left with a Bittersweet taste from a sales manager he claimed to be named James Stein The issue with my car was resolved on this visit but I still was left with a Bittersweet taste from a sales manager he claimed to be named James Steiner. Our first encounter with him was sitting in the store until my husband made a statement that the person who claimed my car was already messed up before they touched it was a liar.,this man got upset start yelling and threatening as we were walking out the store that he will throw us off the car lot for calling his work a liar without doing any services to my car and that my husband better not ever call anyone in that store a liar, we just look that him. The next incident which was mind-blowing he accused me of not Consulting with my car insurance about the accident which I could not understand because if he actually took the time to look at his paperwork he would have seen the car insurance claims number on it. So before he decides to walk away from me he threatened me that I better not ever put a poor review on this website again. So I informed him that he would not ever have to worry about me coming there for work on my car or referring anyone to them. So to conclude this I stand on my ,he was unprofessional and rude and I will not give the him a high rating for for being nasty to me and talking to me like I was a xxxx of the earth and accusing me of things that I did not and would not do so I guess as of now because of my view I should watch my back because as I said he did threaten me that I better not ever put a bad review on the web sites or else. But I will tell you that dealing with the cashier at checkout paying the bill that they was friendly and very kind. More

Service manager is rude and not customer oriented One positive is that Lance was able to get my Jeep in a week earlier then anyone else to fix issue. Unfortunately it took a turn. I had my boyfriend handling the details with the dealership. He was told the part would arrive on Thursday between 3-5pm. Also that the Jeep would be fixed by Monday at the latest. No calls were made to the dealership on Friday nor Monday. Tuesday around 5ish, a call was placed to the dealership and my boyfriend spoke to the service manager. He told him that the part would arrive in 3 to 5 DAYS. The exchange turned heated with the service manager hanging up. The service manager was also asked for the number to Chrysler, he said he didn’t have it. I work in sales, I have customers, I don’t understand how this behavior is allowed. I understand someone in lances position can only provide information that he is given by the actual people doing the service, I don’t blame him. I blame the rest of the service team that should be communicating with him and other young lady that answer the phones. They should be calling people each night if they have a vehicle more then a day with an update. The cashier was nice as well. It’s unfortunate that this dealership has this reputation it has but it’s by their own doing. Two good employees is not going to help, theyall need to be on the same page. I stopped going there for two hour oil changes. 😕 and was hesitating to even do it this time, brought the car on 9/18 , didnot get back til 9/28. More

Worth the drive We drove 2-hours to see Fuccillo! Our previous dealership had screwed us hard and they made it all correct and right again when they didnt have to! We received tons of rebates over $6k as did my parents on top of bells and whistles. Mike in finance is beyond AMAZING and Ryan was sooo great with my parents! More
