I had been a long-time customer of Randolph Chrysler before it was purchased by Chrysler Jeep 24. Randolph Chrysler always provided exceptional service. She conducted business in a friendly professional manner that made the negotiations go smooth. She demonstrated a high degree of courtesy and listened well to me throughout the entire process. Her treatment of me as a customer was outstanding and certainly warrants special attention. I had made trips to several local Jeep dealerships prior to visiting Chrysler Jeep 24 in Randolph this past weekend. While purchasing a new car is an exciting thing, working with dealerships was something that I did not like. That was before going to Chrysler Jeep 24. The other dealerships in the area had me leaving their place of business feeling defeated and not optimistic. This was definitely not the case here! The overall approach taken by this dealership is head and shoulders above their competition. The individuals who worked with me were LJ, Jim L., and the Finance Manager. Instead of leaving feeling defeated and discouraged, each one of them laid out various options and really worked hard to find the best one for me. You simply don't find that at other dealerships. Instead of being pushy, getting the feeling that you're being taken advantage of, and making you feel like your trade in is worthless; they listen to you and are able to come up with an equally fair and beneficial agreement on price and financing. I couldn't be happier in my new Jeep Patriot and am truly impressed with their operation! They have turned the experience of buying a car (which is usually stressful and not fun) into a positive one! I have nothing but the best to say about this dealership and I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a car! More
This is the most unethical, dishonest, and worst car dealership I ve ever interacted with. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere and not patronizing this group. Here s a summary of my experience with the team at Randolph: We agreed upon a price of a car and were working out the details of the purchase. Just when we have all of the details worked out, they contact me and say someone else in the dealership has sold the car they agreed to sell me! They apologized for this mistake, said they could look for a similar car, but the car I wanted had been sold (at a higher price) and it s out of their control. Then, hours later, they say they may be able to move on the car IF I can pay a slightly higher price and finance at least $10,000 on the car. Then a day later they say the financing may not go through and if it doesn t, the car would be available, but at a higher price, essentially rescinding our agreed upon price. This group is the worst sales organization I have ever scene. Beware. More
My husband and I enjoyed working with Janie. She knew what she was selling us and was able to explain in detail what was in the car, as well as how to work it. Because she knew we would be without a vehicle while we straightened things out with the insurance company, she made she we had a rental car. Janie and her team were very professional and helpful. We were very happy with our service! We will definitely refer to friends and family. More
I went to Chrysler/Jeep 24 on a whim. I had gone over my miles on my leased 2010 Prius and Toyota was not offering my a good trade in/exchange to lease a 2012 Rav. My experience at Chrysler/Jeep 24 was altogether different! Janie Culter, the sales person greeted me warmly, listed as I explained my situation. I immediately felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. In less than 1 hour, my 2010 Prius had been appraised, I test drove both a Jeep Cherokee and a Liberty. Within another hour we had reached a deal! I traded in my Prius and literally drove out of the dealership in a brand new Jeep Liberty! I couldn't be more happier with my experience - especially working with Janie Cutler, who is no like your "typical car salesperson." I couldn't recommend her more highly! More
We wanted to purchase locally and had done lots of online searching, finding good inventory at Randolph. We stopped there on a Tuesday night, went back Wednesday night with a deposit and the car was ready fo searching, finding good inventory at Randolph. In the past we have always disliked the trade in/new car purchasing experience. This time we were treated excellently by Peter Avery and Jim Lewis with no high pressure sales, just fair and honest dealing, even after we switched from initially testing a Jeep Compass to our final purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both Peter and Jim went out of their way to accomodate us and our questions and close the sale as smoothly as possible. We had service performed on our other jeep at this dealership some time ago and we felt they were reliable at that time. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer, and especially Peter Avery and Jim Lewis to anyone looking for a pleasant car purchasing experience. More
