This review is for the Brockton, MA location. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for on their website. I contacted them to get information on the vehicle and to give them information on the vehicle the exact vehicle I was looking for on their website. I contacted them to get information on the vehicle and to give them information on the vehicle that I have for a trade. I also mentioned that I had a Harley Davidson that I was thinking about trading in as well. I was working with both Ali and Britainy via e-mail. They asked me to send pictures of both of my vehicles, along with the VIN numbers. I do not live close to the dealership and wanted to have all of the information that would be required so that it would be a smooth purchase and trade transaction. They told me that they would be able to accept both vehicles for trade but they could not give me amounts via telephone or e-mail. On July 8, 2013 I received an e-mail from Britainy stating that they had submitted the motorcycle information to the location that would be taking it from them, and that they were waiting to hear back from that location with a dollar amount. In the same message, she asked me if I could "swing by with the Harley and your Jeep, as it will just be a faster appraisal process." I told her that I could be at the dealership the following Sunday, July 14 with both vehicles. I received a call from them that morning to ask if we were still going to the dealership that day with both vehicles. I had my wife drive all of the way there with my two small children so that I could ride the motorcycle there. After getting to the dealership, I was introduced to a different salesperson by Ali. She told me that he would be "taking over from there." So basically after all of the communication back and forth with the dealership, I had to start from scratch with the salesperson that I just met whom they tell me is new to the dealership. It didn't seem like he knew anything about what I wanted and the information that I had already submitted. After a little while filling out paperwork with him, he asked if I wanted to take the vehicle that I wanted to purchase out for a test drive. After several minutes searching for the vehicle, THEY TELL ME THAT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE VEHICLE THERE! IT WAS AT THEIR OTHER LOCATION! Now mind you, this is the vehicle that I was interested in the entire time, and they knew that I was coming that day to look at it and hopefully purchase it! Also, the gentleman that is the so-called "Sales and Leasing Manager," Chad Holbert, tells me that he has no idea about the Harley Davidson because he doesn't deal with motorcycles and the person that does know about motorcycles is not there on Sundays! He made is seem like he did not know anything about this when they had just called that morning to make sure that we were coming! I could go on about this, but basically this was a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE! I guess their sales are so good that they feel they can lie to people, waste their time and not treat them very well. More

I worked online letting 7-8 vendors know I was buying a jeep int he next couple days and wanted a sahara wrangler quote. 1) Brockton started by giving me the sport trim probably because they didnt have the sahara I wanted - I caught this and pointed out the 'mistake". 2) they come back with the exact sahara I wanted and an aggressive price. - I couldnt find picture and googled the vin number 3) the car was an hour plus away in Danvers but never disclosed to me they didnt have it in Brockton. I'm trying to get this all done to have the car July 5th knowing I have to get it all done on the 2nd or 3rd (calling insurance for plates et al) 4) The dealer ship calls us after two hours of them "reviewing" the price at 4:55 pm on July 3rd advising us the car was sold unbeknownst to them. So, they basically lied with bait and switch from the moment I got in touch with them, were not transparent on not having the vehicle I wanted on their lot, played it off all day as if they did have it on their lot and then had no choice but to come clean after god knows what they were doing to sell me a car regardless of the tactics needed on their end to get that done. Though I dont live in Brockton anymore I live close and will enjoy etting anyone I know that is thinking of going to here to not go to this dealership. Disgusting, grimy and unfortunately living up to the hype as "used car salesman" mentality. On a side not, I bought a cadillac from Norwood a couple years ago and the experience was and still is unprecedented. A fabulous classy outfit. Stay away from these bad characters in Brockton. More
I was looking to trade in my 10 yr old jeep and purchasing a 2014 Cherokee Laredo. Beethoven was helpful and informative regarding the vehicle and its new features. After the test drive we soon came to an agreement and all the staff I met were quite friendly and helpful. I did research on-line before going to the dealership and all my expectations were met. would highly recommend. More
Retired in March of this year and have been looking to purchace a new auto with either AWD or 4X4. Soloman Reddix was wonderful to me and believe you me, some of the other experiences I had at other dealerships, he was an Angel in disguise. This man must have so much good Karma it's overflowing. Went into the service department today for my 1st oil change (complimentary as part of my 2013 Ram purchase). Service Advisor Aras greeted me in their drive up service booth. Very friendly guy and took my truck in right away. While the truck was in the shop Aras advised me of a service that they needed to do on my truck that would help with my outside temperature reading. My wife had previously said that the temp gauge seemed off but I never paid attention to it. Long story short, They did my oil change and warranty work in a timely manner. I will be using this dealer for future service. More

I called into the dealership about a new car and spoke to Al, he said he was the manager. He put me through to one of the sales consultants Brendan. He told me that the vehicle was available and was able to Al, he said he was the manager. He put me through to one of the sales consultants Brendan. He told me that the vehicle was available and was able to answer all my questions before I came to the dealership. I came to the dealership and he had the car pulled up in front and ready for me for me drive. I ended up trading in my car and bought the new one and drove it home the same day. I was very happy with my experience! More
Brendan was a wonderful salesman! My husband and I acted on impulse after seeing an ad in the newspaper for a Jeep Lease promotion. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee 10 years ago and it was my favorite car - I w on impulse after seeing an ad in the newspaper for a Jeep Lease promotion. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee 10 years ago and it was my favorite car - I wanted one again but wasn't looking forward to a monthly payment of over $500 per month. We decided to take a ride down during a very bad snowstorm just to check it out. Brendan greeted us warmly and was eager to talk to us. To take the Jeep for a test drive, Brendan had to work hard in blizzard like conditions to get the car out to us for a test drive (which handled beautifully in the snow!) We sat inside a new Jeep in comfort while he battled the elements! Brendan was happy to take us out saying what a great day it was to test drive as the Jeep handles the snow with no issue - and it did! After our test drive, Brendan was great in taking the time to explain the lease terms and after pleasant negotiations, we decided a lease would be almost as perfect as the Jeep itself! As I was going from owning to a lease, I wasn't able to drive it home, but Brendan had my Jeep ready to go in no time at all! His follow up after the sale was great - it was a pleasure doing business with him and Chrysler Jeep 24! More
