Disappointing Purchased a new 2015 Jeep GC Limited with diesel engine in August 2016. The vehicle was left over from 2015. Thought it was the last vehicle I would p Purchased a new 2015 Jeep GC Limited with diesel engine in August 2016. The vehicle was left over from 2015. Thought it was the last vehicle I would purchase for several years, part of the reason for a diesel. The vehicle came with some type of very confusing electronic shifter. So confusing that Jeep put out a recall so they could modify the shifter because so many owners were complaining that the car kept rolling after they put in park-od so they thought. With 72 miles on the car about a month ago, I received a message on the dashboard that read: "Service Shifter. We were close to our destination so we continued on. When we tried to leave two hours later the car would not start and the dashboard was flashing all kinds of lights. Finally, the car started and produced a new message: Do not shut off engine or vehicle may not start. Decided to head directly to the dealer. It was Saturday so they had to keep it for the weekend but did provide me with a loaner. On Monday, the service manager, a very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable called to tell me they had run a diagnostic check and received 2 1/2 pages of error codes. Said he had never seen such a report before. Asked to keep the car for the rest of the week to try and duplicate the problem. Were unsuccessful so I picked up the car on Friday. I went directly to sales to report the problem so they, as well as service, were aware of possible future problems with the car. Among other things, including a reference to the lemon law, the sales manager said he was sympathetic to my concern and that Jeep 24 would do anything in its power to assist me should I decide to replace the vehicle in question. In the end, I decided the safest thing to do was to rid myself of potential future headaches so I decided to replace it with a new diesel with a more traditional shift mechanism. After 4 1/2 hours, I walked out owning a 2017 GC Limited with a HEMI engine because not only didn't Jeep offer that unusual transmission any longer, they had also discontinued the diesel engine-TWO RED FLAGS in my world. The transfer of vehicles cost me a lot more than the sales manager led me to believe and it took 4 1/2 to settle on something that isn't what I really wanted. I could go on but you probably don't want to read anymore. Due to no fault of my own i had to purchase two vehicles within an 8 month period. I was expecting the dealer to provide an even swap. We weren't even close to even swapping. Then, to get the price of the replacement vehicle down, I was forced to finance the car through Chrysler credit at a rate higher than I could get from my own bank.And, I wasn't planning on financing. I was expecting an even swap or some out of pocket cash that I would have paid without financing. Overall-not my best experience with this dealership. More

Great Salesman I purchased a new 2014 Ram 1500 p/u in 2014 through the dealer's salesman, Gerry. I had an older 2011 Ram 1500 that I purchased from a different deal I purchased a new 2014 Ram 1500 p/u in 2014 through the dealer's salesman, Gerry. I had an older 2011 Ram 1500 that I purchased from a different dealership that I was going to trade in. I tried Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 because the dealership I purchased my 2011 Ram 1500 from just didn't seem to want to work hard enough to try to get me into a new one with a trade and no money down, but keep my payments the same. Although initially, at least to me, I didn't believe it could be done (doing my own math crunching) with the price of the new 2014 Ram 1500, my trade in value, etc. However, Gerry worked hard with his sales manager and after a day or so, they actually were able to get me into the new 2014 Ram 1500 with no money down and kept my payments the same as on my prior 2011. I recently returned to Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 for some service on my 2014 Ram 1500 and had received a call from their sales dept before I went in for that service asking me to stop by the sales dept so they could look at my truck and tell me what it was worth for trade-in. Although I wasn't in the market for a new truck, I did stop by the sales dept after my vehicle was serviced. One thing led to another and after about 3 weeks of going back and forth with the same hard working salesman, Gerry, They gave me more than a fair trade in allowance and Ram was giving a fairly liberal discount on the Ram trucks. I am not driving a brand new 2017 Ram 1500 p/u with a few more options than my 2014 Ram 1500 and they were able to keep my monthly payments the same, for the same 60-month loan term as was on my 2014 Ram, and I didn't have to put anything down, other than to pay the sales tax, title and documents fees as usual. Although there were a few bumps and grinds along the way, Gerry really worked hard with his sales managers to put this deal together for me. I'd surely return to this dealership to see if Gerry can keep me in new trucks every three or four years. More
