The first salesman I dealt with was helpful and straight to the point which I appreciated. When I went back to sign the paperwork (They needed to bring the jeep from another dealership) I was passed to a different salesman. He was still very nice, but I felt like he was talking in circles and wouldn't give a simple answer to my questions. I ended up waiting for a finance officer for about 2.5 hours before I finally got to sign all the paperwork. More
