What you would expect I went to this dealership to buy my first new vehicle (A 2017 Jeep Wrangler) because after talking on the phone, they had the best price. The first salesman I dealt with was helpful and straight to the point which I appreciated. When I went back to sign the paperwork (They needed to bring the jeep from another dealership) I was passed to a different salesman. He was still very nice, but I felt like he was talking in circles and wouldn't give a simple answer to my questions. I ended up waiting for a finance officer for about 2.5 hours before I finally got to sign all the paperwork. More

He didn't pressure me into purchasing a vehicle, but was very helpful as he assisted me in making the right purchase. Ended up getting another Durango and the next day Allen had it ready for pick up clean and shiny. More
