I had been to several dealerships in the weeks leading up to when i decided to go to CJDR24 and didnt feel comfortable in getting a lease. Corey was able to show me exactly what he could put me into for the price i wanted. It being my first lease I had a lot of questions and concerns to which he answered everyone of them with honesty and integrity. Even after I took the lease home for the first time I was able to contact him with further questions to which he answered on the spot. He was never too busy and always took my calls. I drove a half hour and would gladly do it over and over again to deal with this staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was always greeted by the sales manager when I came in to meet with my sales man. Corey my sales man was awesome. I didn't feel like I was getting scammed. He was able to get me the car I wanted quick even though it wasn't on the lot and made sure my car was registered and had an inspection sticker when I needed to pick it up quickly due to my schedule.He is very knowledgeable. how to be rude to a potential new customer ... I have been in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months now. Being very familiar with the vehicle (my husband has a 2016 Overland) I know I have been in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months now. Being very familiar with the vehicle (my husband has a 2016 Overland) I know what I am looking for depending on the model I CHOSE TO BUY. A few weeks back, CJDR24 had one I was interested in. I made an appointment to look at the vehicle with Wendy. Unfortunately the vehicle sold a day or so before I was scheduled to go by. No big deal. I have a beautiful Lexus IS that I love and only want to get out of for more room, so no rush. I received a phone call from Wendy today asking if I was still in the market, to which I responded, "Yes, I still look very often". To which she asked me what I was looking for in the vehicle. To which I responded that it depends on the year, model and mileage. Wendy's tone changed. She was completely rude, which I did not appreciate. The conversation abruptly ended with Wendy saying her rude goodbye and hanging up LOUDLY right in my ear. Thank You VERY much for the great customer service. I'll be sticking with my current vehicle until I find the Grand Cherokee that is right for me, and I think I can safely say, I probably will NOT be going to CDJR24, I wouldn't want to potentially have to deal with that kind of customer service again.
