My 4 year old has better communication skills than the employees! My wife has wanted a Wrangler forever, and now was the time. They had advertised the one she wanted (one-touch auto roof) so we make the half hour trip after confirming it was there. We get there and the Wrangler didn't have the automatic roof. "Oh, it must have been a mistake. Sorry. There are no others in stock." So we decide to order one. "How long before we see it?" "2-4 weeks, maybe 4-6 weeks" We fill out the paperwork and get approved at a rate and agreed upon monthly payment and leave a down payment. 2 weeks go by. 4 weeks go by. 6 weeks go by. No car. AND NOT ONE SINGLE CALL TO UPDATE US! 8 weeks go by. WE HAVE TO CALL THEM TO GET A PATHETIC "It should be in any day now" response. My wife decides to call Jeep directly. A friendly, helpful person tells us it has been scheduled for production but may be a couple more months. After telling that person her story, they put her on a hot list and get production moved up. WE DID THAT, NOT THE DEALER!! PATHETIC! 13 weeks from ordering the car comes in. "Your Jeep is here. Come down and get the paperwork done today!" We arrive and are told that unfortunately the bank didn't approve the re-submitted application. It had been more than 60 days so the initial approval had expired. Couldn't tell us that over the phone?!?!?!? "Sorry, but we can't get your paperwork done today. It's Sunday and the bank is closed." - 30 minutes each way FOR NOTHING! WASTED TRIP THAT WAS EASILY AVOIDABLE We wait until Tuesday. Loan is approved. I call the dealership to confirm the rate. 10 CALLS!! NOT ONE CALL BACK!! How do you run a business without returning your customer's calls????? Pathetic. Abysmal. Pick your adjective. We make the trip anyway. We get there and wait AN HOUR with NO ONE ELSE IN THE SHOWROOM! We're finally told the rate WENT UP $30 a month with the new approval! HUH?!?! "We don't control it, the bank does." I know for a fact that you can lobby for your customers with the banks. I've been in the business. Yet another pathetic effort by the dealer to stand by their customer. It's my wife's dream to have this car so we agree. BUT....we have to come back yet again because they have to get the car registered. They can't even deliver because they need a runner and he has to go get another car. SO...one more trip.... "Here's your keys. Do you want me to pair your phone?" ARE YOU SERIOUS???? No "Congratulations! Enjoy! So happy for you!"??? No "Let me walk you through the features." Nothing. Needless to say, we'll NEVER be back and will NEVER recommend this dealer. I will also be actively campaigning to family and friends to shop elsewhere. Take the extra 20 minute drive to go to the next closest dealer. At least there, you'll be treated like a valuable customer and not just dollar signs. *END RANT* More
I went into Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram 24 on July 12th after pre-qualifying for financing with Chrysler Capital the night before. On the morning of the 12th I received a call from “Angie” calling to confi after pre-qualifying for financing with Chrysler Capital the night before. On the morning of the 12th I received a call from “Angie” calling to confirm if I wanted to set up an appointment. I made an appointment to come down that day at 6pm to meet with a manager “Damon”. When I arrived at the dealer there was no one at the front to greet me. One saleswomen “Lexi” came over to greet me and ask if I needed help. I told her I did and she took me over to her desk and told me she could help out. Upon sitting down at her desk, she went over to the managers table where they had Chick Fil A delivered for lunch. Lexi spent a good 5-6 minutes at the managers desk talking about the food and how she was missing something, all while I’m sitting patiently at her desk. When she did finally come over, she sat down and began to ask me questions about what I wanted and my goals. I showed Lexi my pre-approval and advised I would NOT fill out credit until I knew for sure it was a good deal and something I could afford. I explained my situation that was a little tricky and she assured me she could help out. Although I was not 100% sold on the 2021 Dodge Durango, I did test drive it and like the way it drove and the features as well (although I was losing more than half the comforts I have currently). The “manager” had taken my keys and went to look at my car. The “manager” never ever gave me my keys back the entire 3.5 hours I was there. When I arrived back, Lexi spent about 20 minutes at the managers desk just talking and chatting before she even came back over to see if I liked the car. When she came back over she asked minimal questions and just seemed to sit there and speak to another customer she had just helped. She spent most of the time walking around and going back and forth to the managers desk. She finally went back to the managers desk to get a deal with numbers. When she came back, she had three deals with payments that were amazing. They came in way under my current payments. The term was longer and the miles were less but it was a great deal to lower my payment. Upon seeing the good deal, I told Lexi I wanted to purchase the car. Lexi advised me I would need to fill out the credit app which I did. I filled out ONE SINGLE application and that was for ALLY BANK. I specifically asked Lexi “is this the only bank besides Chrysler who I pre-qualified with that you are running this application for?”. Lexi responded “Yes, ALLY is one of our best lenders.” I had no problem with this since it was only ONE inquiry on my credit AND I had a previous auto loan through ALLY. As I am sitting at the dealer I get an alert from various credit monitoring services I use that my credit had been run by more then FIVE banks. I couldn’t believe they actually had the nerve to take my information off ONE application and apply to literally more then 5 banks. By this time is was 8:00pm and the dealer was closed. I had already signed all my paperwork and told everything was all set. I waited from about 8:15pm til 9:15pm to sit with “Maria” in finance. Maria finally came over after ignoring me all that time to say “its too late to get an approval but you should be all set, I will call you first thing tomorrow”. Next day I NEVER heard from “Maria” or “Lexi”. I had called the dealership 3 times and left TWO voicemails for Maria. I left multiple texts to Lexi to which she responded that she thought Maria had already called me and that she was busy but she would pass it along. About TWO hours later Maria calls and tells me “the banks will not approve you because they don’t think you can afford the payment”…… which mind you is over $70 less then my current payment. I asked her if she saw any late payments to which she denied. I then asked if she could see what I was paying currently and she said “Yes , I told them all that and they all said no”. SIX BANKS SAID NO? ON TOP OF THAT, SIX BANKS I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO RUN! I was FURIOUS! I told Maria I was extremely upset that’s he disregarded my authorization to run my credit for ONE BANK! THE ONE BANK THAT I FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION FOR! I NEVER GAVE THIS WOMEN PERMISSION TO RUN MY CREDIT WITH ANY OTHER BANK BESIDES ALLY FINANCIAL. Hours after this phone call (7pm) I started receiving emails that my credit WAS STILL BEING RUN BY MORE BANKS!! I NEVER EVER GAVE THESE PEOPLE AUTHORIZATION FOR ANY OTHER BANKS OTHER THEN ALLY! ALLY BANK WAS THE CREDIT APP I FILLED OUT ONLY! THAT WAS THE ONLY BANK I AUTHORIZED and NOW IM STIL GETTING INQUIRIES?! EVEN THE NEXT DAY (7/14) I was STILL getting notifications of INQUIRIES BEING MADE ON MY CREDIT! I SWEAR this dealership gets paid off of running credit. I WILL be disputing ALL credit inquiries that were placed on my credit from this horrible dealer. I am still beside myself that I am the second person (in my family) that they have done this too. I want EVERY SIGNLE inquiry removed off my credit and will stop at NOTHING to get it done. Either way, I HAVE REPORTED THIS FRAUD TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS and the ATTORNEY GENERAL and also CHRYSLER/DODGE COPORATE! *****DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DAMAGE YOUR CREDIT TO LEAVE WITH NOTHING!!!!!!***** More
RUN!!! RUN as far and as fast as you can! They pull one scam after another! First they told us we HAD to buy an extended warranty for $4000, which by the way is ILLEGAL! So they took that off and low and behold, now the price of the car is mysteriously now $1500 more than the car is listed for on both their website and Kelly Blue Book. I have already been talking to the Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau. My next complaint is to the Division of Banks. The saleswoman is extremely rude as well. If we hadn't already bought a truck here, we sure as xxxx would never have come back. They also don't like to pay the referral money that they advertise. Crooks at every possible turn. Jen could not be any worse if she tried, she's ignorant and rude. EJ the finance guy is just as slimey. Chris Diaz did try to resolve our first problem and have not dealt with him since they closed today and am not sure if he will try to make this right. Either way it has been a horrible experience and we will never buy a car from there again. I almost forgot to add, when I went to sign the corrected loan papers, my signature was on paperwork for a car I didn't even apply for! Scary what these people try to pull! Not only that, the price was changed on the original paperwork yet my signature was on that too! Wow. like I said RUN!!!! More

Shady dealership. Advertised prices require that you finance with them. That is not legal and these non-professionals don’t even understand what they are doing. Know your audience!!!! Your one-size-fits all sales tactic failed and I bought elsewhere an hour after I left your dealership. Had you respected me and my knowledge of the industry, the review would have been different. But, you chose to act like a sales organization from the 80s when consumers did not have the information and resources we do today. Beware: If you’re a young buyer or do not have a decent credit rating or sound financial acumen, you WILL be taken advantage of by these frauds dressed in suits. More
