Poor customer service . Would not go back or recommend dealership, I received tru-car certificate drove 23 miles to dealer only to find out dealer does not except cash for . Would not go back or recommend dealership, I received tru-car certificate drove 23 miles to dealer only to find out dealer does not except cash for vehicle payment you must finance to get the tru-car price. This is not disclosed on the certificate. If I had not liked the car so much I would not have dealt with them. They didn't even fill the gas tank when I picked it up I got on the hyway and the gas tank was close to empty. More

great buying experience, not so great fiance experience The only reason I did not give Jeep 24 a 5 star rating was the finance person assigned to me. I do not believe the finance person provided me with th The only reason I did not give Jeep 24 a 5 star rating was the finance person assigned to me. I do not believe the finance person provided me with the most favorable interest rate available, and I know he did not provide me with the requested term. When questioned about the rate and term, the response given was (iom) not truthful. Unless, Jeep 24 has a minimum loan amount and a 5-year minimum loan term, this person was deceptive. If I were to purchase from this dealership again, I would have pre-approval from a trusted source, and a check in hand. More
