i needed a tail light replaced in my 2021 ram 1500 and was told there would be a little wait at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 24. After a hour and a half it was ready and the charge was $ 176.13. when i quest was told there would be a little wait at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 24. After a hour and a half it was ready and the charge was $ 176.13. when i question the service dept . i was told it took 1/2 hour the bulb was $47.39 a clip was $ 7.10 and labor was $109.98 and $8.25 hazardous waste charge. i called Good Brothers Dodge in Weymouth and checked the prices. lamp $24.00 clip 5.45 arbor probably $ 50.00 max and they never heard of a waste charge on a lamp. Three calls to Chrysler Dodge JEEP Ram24 and three promises to look into it and call me back and over a 1 week period and i never received a return call and could never reach the service person that was to call me back.. I would be very very careful about using this dealer. More

Today I called this dealership at 9am spoke with a woman named Tracy. I inquired about two trucks that the dealers website said were available. She said they were, and I made an appointment to view them at named Tracy. I inquired about two trucks that the dealers website said were available. She said they were, and I made an appointment to view them at noon that day. I got in my car got the title and my check book with every intention of purchasing the truck when I got there. At 11pm I called to let her know I was on my way and to make sure both trucks were still available. She confirmed they were . I drove the one hour to the dealership to find out that magically the truck had been sold within the hour and hat I had left my house and called and when I arrived. Of course they had plenty of other trucks to show me. Bait and switch nonsense. Would never do business there . I’m a firefighter I don’t have a lot of free time. I wasted my day off driving to a business with zero integrity, or worth. Wouldn’t trust them if they lied to me they will lie to you. More

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! ! I went in on the 5th, they hit my credit multiple times making promises they couldn’t do. And then almost a week later they hit my credit again 3 t !
