If I could give this review 0 starts I would I dropped my vehicle off to get a tire replaced due to a LARGE split on the side wall. Apparently they didn't see this as something that can be covere I dropped my vehicle off to get a tire replaced due to a LARGE split on the side wall. Apparently they didn't see this as something that can be covered under warranty when any person in their right mind can see this is completely UNSAFE. I was told I needed a front alignment which I agreed needed to be done. I go that evening to pick up the car to find out they DID NOT replace the tire. After having the service manager look at it he agreed they would take it back and replace the tire the next day. So now i'm on day number 2 with NO vehicle. Dodge no longer has loaner cars but you can rent a car for $40 a day. Day 2 after calling 3 times only to be hung up on twice I was told my car is ready. So, I leave work and get an Uber pick up my car. I wait for over 20 minutes for my car only to find out the valet didn't know he was told to bring my car up even after I heard the service guy tell him the number of the car to get. Finally after getting my car back I look at the replaced tire and do not see the split only to drive back to work and see they REPLACED THE WRONG TIRE! It is not rocket science and the tire that needed to be replaced was clearly written on the service ticket. I call and the service manager tells me I need to bring the car back and I can pay for a loaner car. HA HA HA Absolutely NOT! Needless to say they replaced the tire as soon as I walked in then acted like they were doing me a favor. I asked for a discount or to be reimbursed for the deductible I had to pay on the tire in which they refused because again, they acted like they were doing me a favor. I WILL NEVER buy a DODGE vehicle again and will go to any other dealer but PARAMUS. More

Bad service My car keep showing up service shifting so I went there they said we find the problem and we gonna order it so after few days I went there to see what My car keep showing up service shifting so I went there they said we find the problem and we gonna order it so after few days I went there to see what’s going on because no one called me to give me updates so when I went there he said we add fluid and it’s good to go !!!! Really. He went inside them he comes back to tell me the service shifting comes back so they will start again to check the problem. I didn’t let him to do it because the car was there for 4 days and now he gonna start over again so maybe it will take another week . Don’t go there find a different dealership. More
