AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! We know too many people that hate this place so forget about the reviews that are probably coming from the employee's on this site. But my desire was to give local places business & t this place so forget about the reviews that are probably coming from the employee's on this site. But my desire was to give local places business & this was supposed to be a small Factory recall repair. I decided to give them another chance even though my neighbor told me to avoid the and I've had bad experiences in the past. The other surrounding dealerships for booked for weeks for this Factory recall these guys were the only place that could take me and they took me the next day so they weren't that busy.. Forget about the fact that when you call you get shuffled around by 2-3 different people just to make an appointment then you're on hold for 20 minutes and when you call back they act like they're doing you a favor. Then when you go in for a recall that took me a year to get a part, they keep trying to Hard Sell you for other repairs.. after listening to her go down a list of things that were $900, $800, $600 claiming she inspected the car they wanted $195 for the inspection..I politely listen but after 10 mins of her not taking "no thank you", for an answer I CONTINUALLY kept reminding her that I was out of work due to covid-19 & could not afford these repairs & might be selling our Jeep anyhow..!! after all that when I went to pick up my truck you had these kids at the counter saying oh "we know you"...really! what is this High School. In spite of my attempt to be polite & respectful because this was a young lady trying to sell me stuff even after all that you get disrespect & sarcasm and she even typed sarcastic remarks to me ON THE BILL!! not by hand but type it through the computer so obviously this is a tone that's allowed from the ownership on down... nobody in their right mind would want to give these people any business and you can't trust these positive reviews. This is my second or third encounter with this place over a simple repair issue and each time we've had an experience like this... avoid this dealership ..they do not deserve your hard-earned money! don't be fooled by the sales talk up front .. you have immature kids behind the scenes and they don't care about your vehicle.. they care about their pocketbook . To literally write on the bill" the guy kept going on and on and on about how he couldnt afford our prices" I'm dead serious! Yes I'm sorry Rt 4 Chrysler Jeep in Paramus New Jersey, that I'm out of work and couldn't afford your overpriced repairs I'm sorry you couldn't make your commissions off of me even though I gave you a third chance to do a small repair!! Let me just over pay by two and three times for repairs that can be done elsewhere much less expensively and go into debt since I am out of work let me do all that so that your girl to make her commissions and your ownership can make its money cuz that's what really matters, if we don't then you wright nasty notes on the receipt that we get to read when we get home.. if you are so disrespectful to my face who knows what you do to the car when I'm not there to create work for yourself ...what a class act this place is. ...Should anyone want to give people like this their hard-earned money! isn't it pathetic these days people/places like this just assume you won't pay any attention to a review.. they count on you coming in and getting ripped off ... .. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!..To top it off even though I just had an alignment & new tires done months ago which has been sitting in the driveway for the most part - they were trying to tell me how I needed an alignment.. another $400.. so it's okay to be dishonest to someone out of work due & struggling financially as long as they get their sales commission! .can you trust anything about a dealership like this !!! How pathetically low is the maturity level to not only berate someone on the phone when they're telling you they're out of work for not taking these high-priced repairs but to to write nasty notes to the customer typed out on the receipt which meant it was done on purpose and send them off to read when they get home... the arrogance and the lack of care for a customer is off the charts .. doesn't this tell you you could never trust a place like this. ... behavior like this usually happens when bosses don't care... I'm a capitalist... I think everybody should make money but even though I kept telling her that if her prices were even close to the outside I'd let them do it cuz she had my truck ..which we all know they can count on...but because I was out of work I had to shop for better prices she never once said anything like I'm sorry you're out of work and I understand she just constantly kept making me feel bad for not taking her high price commission repair jobs.. but I couldn't afford these repairs. Well that didn't matter to her she actuly tried to make me believe that I should pay $130 for an oil change😂😂 Even after politely telling her no thanks three or four times because I can get it for $45 on the outside. She kept saying "those guys would probably crack my oil cover".. .. i had done my 60,0000 service i was now just over 60,000 and she said I needed another one as she continue to try to convince me that "after two or three 60,000 Mile check ups if something goes wrong Mopar will pay for it"... Really🤣🤣..I reminded her that that would mean I'd have to have a hundred and eighty thousand miles on the truck! SO YES, this is when I became testy... I assumed a Small repair would be painles . Oh well. If you are wondering why I went back it was because the surronging dealerships were booked for weeks . These guys took me the next day.. IMPORTANT I could not submit this review without choosing people in all these departments but please know they had nothing to do with this review but unless you choose these departments on this website you can't submit a review so please do not let it reflect on those names this was a female in the service department ...I can't remember her name More

Was in NJ for visit when my car broke down and was repaired for over 2k only to break down again, just a month later with the same issues. Took the car in first thing on a Monday morning, without eve repaired for over 2k only to break down again, just a month later with the same issues. Took the car in first thing on a Monday morning, without even bothering to run a quick test, I was sent away. I then was on my way back home only to get stuck on a highway in Newark barely making it to the emergency lane, all while having my little child in the backseat. After two hours of waiting to get it towed I was back at this place and was met with attitude from the staff at repairs, claiming they’re doing their job right and it has to be something else that is wrong this time around ( a month after the first repair) I had to rent a car for the week to be able to make it back home safely and to get to work. Came weekend, I was on the way back to pick my car up. Another couple of hundreds put into a repair for the same issues that happened twice so far. Not even a week later, the car won’t start at all and I am met by the very same issues. Called in, asked to get a contact email (at least) to reach the owner as I’ve already spent nearly $3000 and his employees make excuses for their crappy service, the person I’ve spoke to said they only have the name and never even met the guy in person!!! Just wow! Being that I live out of state I had the car towed to the nearest dealer where it is still being repaired. When bringing it in, I was told that the repair staff of dodge Paramus had replaced parts that were not needed to be replaced, for no reason. This will be the last time I own a Dodge, let alone seek service at this location; my formal complaint is already on its way to the corporate office. More
Terrible Terrible don't take your car for service. I went there for an oil change with coupon sent to me. They don't honor it. Wanted to charge me $1,300 for an 30,000 mile check up which includes the oil ch there for an oil change with coupon sent to me. They don't honor it. Wanted to charge me $1,300 for an 30,000 mile check up which includes the oil change, tire rotation and changing 2 filters and grease the doors, when I said what about the $29.95 oil change coupon they sent me he said it's only for older cars. Needless to say I left. They called me when I got home which is a half hour away and then wanted to honor the coupon but telling me it would Be an extra $15 for synthetic oil. Mind you none of the coupon states anything about older cars or synthetic oil. This is the second time and will be the last time I visit this dealership for service. They try to rip people off. More

I was coerced into doing a service I didn't ask for and ended up paying over $300 after a $150 discount for a routine oil change. I did write a review online but have not got a call back to explain. I give it a Fair review and not a Poor review, because the Sales people were good. Professional. But a big Zero for the service. I was told something on the phone and a different story while I was there. Of course, they have to make the money from the customer. Also, after paying this ridiculous amount, they forgot to reset the system. My oil life still shows 35%. I don't have a choice but to go back and waste more time to get this thing reset. More
I guess I start from the appointment setting which went somewhat OK for a script. But wouldn't answer my questions as to a vehicle for me to leave it in after dropping my car off at an hour before they clo somewhat OK for a script. She said I would not be stranded though, you have to talk to your service advisor was her only reply multiple times. So I go I believing her and their dealership and I show up for my appointment at 5:10 PM to get written up, drop the vehicle off and leave in a vehicle. Naturally that doesn't happen, I pull up to the rolling door which did not go up. I put my car in park I walk to the door and peek my head in and there's a kid on his cell phone with his feet up on the desk eventually looks up and says can I help you? I said do I need to pull through the door or does it go up on its own and he replies oh I'll put it up for you. I walk up to the service counter after pulling in and I walk up to Ralph Russo, whom doesn't look up until I'm awkwardly standing in front of him in silence. I then realize that he previously helped me back with my 2005 Chrysler 300C which was a complete fiasco with warrantee fraud; I don't want to go on a tangent here but yes part was not replaced but it was in the box on the parts counter shelf to be sent back for warranty money. That was many many moons ago, back to the task at hand. Ralph looks over the car writes me up and naturally when I ask for a vehicle to go home and it's an issue, the girl left at 5 o'clock. Let's see if maybe we can do something he calls over Tony Zarro*. Tony says no the woman at the appointment center shouldn't saying things like that; implying this isn't the first time. (Basically their trying to get the customer to the counter then they are stranded.) Tony then proceeded to tell me I would have to come back in the morning if I want a vehicle. I told him that's unacceptable I literally asked these questions to make sure I wasn't gonna get stranded at the dealer at nearly 6 PM after fighting through Bergen county traffic now having to do it again both ways. My biggest issue is that this previous Thursday I was upfront with the sales department with Jerry the salesman and Manny from finance purchased my three-year lease vehicle that I just got done leasing. We had A fantastic experience in sales and figured let's give service a shot since the last time I was there it was a great experience. Hence my previous 5 start rating. These people are not he for your best interest and are looking to herd the sheep in to get up sold. (Dealer representatives please don't patronize me with a standard response you want me to call you; you had your shot I was there.) Teterboro here I come for the next few years minimum.
