Dear Mr. Bradt, Thanks for your reply. There is not much more to say from my side. You read the review. I was really upset after leaving your dealership yesterday. I don't understand why this is how the service advisors are trained? They are telling outright lies to the customer to upsell services, not once, but twice. And then, they don't even take the actual requests for the services down so I leave without the air filter being done and without the fog lamp being changed. How on Earth do you defend them doing the "emissions check" and cleaner service at a cost of $400+ when what I wanted was the air filter, oil change and cabin filter change besides the warranty repair? I would really like those items to be refunded. The air filter is filthy as you can see from the picture I uploaded and by the way, the car was sold to me 5000 miles ago and the air filter was dirty then AND the coolant level was critically low, something I had to amend myself after bringing the car home. These are things that are not expected when buying a CPO car from an authorized dealer. As I said, the service department does quality work I'm sure so that's not a concern but the front desk upselling to get you to agree to unnecessary items is really poor form. I will not return to your dealership in the future unless you compensate me wholly or partially for this failure of service. I'm truly disappointed and shared my feelings to the Dodge Cares media team as well as the online Mopar communities I frequent. Best regards, Jacob Andersson

To begin with, this is the 1st review I have ever placed on the internet. I am allergic to the internet. It took a lot for this 64 year old man to take time to do this. No way for you to resolve this issue with me. I am done with your service department. The issue you have to resolve is with your desk people in the service department. Is this your normal? 1 phone call in 20 days? Your manager making excuses on the fly? Mr Correa never mentioned back ordered parts the 5x we called to check on status. It was always the supposed issue of Mopar needing to approve digital pics of a valve that was buried in a transmission that had not been disassembled. (Unbeknownst to your service guy, I was a mechanic for 25 years) Truly disappointed. I am done. Fix your broken service department.

Hello Steve, I hope all is well with you and family. Not sure what could possibly be done to rectify this situation you technically did the recall but it doesn't change what happened with the rap and the fact that she wrote sarcastic crap on the receipt to me to read when I got home I can't even begin to imagine if I was a boss half an employee it done that to a customer she wouldn't be on the street in 5 seconds. I don't want anyone to lose their job but it's obvious that she wasn't afraid of doing it and it's also obvious based on the remorse I got when I walked in that I was the topic of conversation apparently since I would not give in to her trying to sell me additional Services. We had issues with your dealership before I always try to believe the best and I assumed it was a small recall so what could go wrong. Can't think of a thing you could do I think you can understand I wouldn't trust bringing my truck back there I'm afraid of what they would do to it without me knowing I wish you all the best I hope you can change that tone in your service department because obviously I bought a Hyundai from your sister deslership across the street and the Jeep is about due to get traded in.. it's her 2nd one & she's going to buy another one but it won't be from your place.. and now there's no way I would trust my Hyundai to a dealership like this. You're probably doing well enough that something like this doesn't matter based on how easy it was for this rep to be so rude and disrespectful to somebody who's out of work and just couldn't afford the prices. Pls tell me what you think you can possibly do to change what happened & regain trust? Im curious.
