Horrible experience! If I could give zero stars that would still be too many stars! My car would not start, so I had it towed to the dealership. They told me it would fi If I could give zero stars that would still be too many stars! My car would not start, so I had it towed to the dealership. They told me it would first require a 2 hour diagnostic that would cost me over $400. I didn't know otherwise so i said yes. They called me 4 hours later and told me that i needed 2 batteries for $989 and then a throttle body and emission service for an additional $658. I told them that they serviced my car in December and already had that service done and they claimed i needed it again. What a scam and rip off. I found a battery for $200 elsewhere and went to get my car, they would only release it after i paid the diagnostic fee and now i am out $478 and got ZERO for my experience! I am never going to this dealer again and i would recommend that everyone else STAY FAR AWAY! They will only take you money and not provide you with any worthwhile service! More

I purchased a Grand Cherokee used with 13K miles at this dealership. Perfect condition. After 18 months I noticed there were spots on the edge of the hood where the paint was bubbling. A google search re dealership. Perfect condition. After 18 months I noticed there were spots on the edge of the hood where the paint was bubbling. A google search revealed this to be a common problem. I called the Chrysler/Jeep main customer service number and they created a warranty ticket. They said take it back to the dealership for "diagnosis and images". The xxxxxxx head service manager told me that I needed to keep the vehicle in their body shop for 4 to 5 WEEKS in order for them to go through their "process". WHAT A SCAM! They will do anything to turn off a customer and avoid warranty work. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOYTHER JEEP AGAIN! More

ZERO STARS FOR THIS AWFUL DEALER. This is the worst Dealer and Service Center. The Service Team lies. I have three recalls on my car and FCA (Fiat Chrysler Auto) reached to me and This is the worst Dealer and Service Center. The Service Team lies. I have three recalls on my car and FCA (Fiat Chrysler Auto) reached to me and even scheduled the repair for me with Paramus Dodge. A few hours later a service advisor called me and left a message that there are no known recalls on my car. I called FCA back and they again confirmed there are 3 recalls. FCA called Paramus Dodge back and they were told the same thing...no known recalls. FCA scheduled with me another Dodge a little further away, who also agrees three DANGEROUS recalls are needed. Both airbags spray metal and a fire extinguisher. This place is the worst. DO NOT TRUST THEM! FCA is reporting Paramus Dodge for bad business practices. More

Big fraud dealership in USA history, beware of this cheater, when I was go there for my steering wheel which was very stiff, they change other lot of things and bill me of $3000, when I go to pick up m cheater, when I was go there for my steering wheel which was very stiff, they change other lot of things and bill me of $3000, when I go to pick up my Jeep and take test drive then I find that the steering is still same, I leave my vehicle there and then they call me that you’re steering box is damaged and I will have to pay $2900 more, I will have to file the lawsuit against this dealer, I advised to everyone not to go there More
