Steer clear of this place for service I had my company vehicle towed to this dealership because it was the closest one to where my vehicle broke down. The service staff seemed put off by having to take in my vehicle during a very busy day and gave me very little information when I left. I was out-of-state visiting family at the time and had to leave my vehicle there. It took over three weeks to get backordered parts and get my vehicle put back together when the transmission failed. I had a very difficult time getting updates or speaking to a manager when I was dissatisfied with the progress. Once I was able to get someone higher up the repair began to move ahead. However less than two weeks after picking up my vehicle I had to take it back to a local dealership only to find out that the transmission pump had not been installed properly and I was leaking transmission fluid. I am now facing a $1600 repair bill to correct work that was supposed to have been done under warranty at this dealership. I am in the process of trying to get this dealership to reimburse my company for the additional repairs that were done incorrectly the first time. I have to say that I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in the customer service I have received as well as the quality of the workmanship in repairing my vehicle. I will say, in fairness, that once I pushed hard enough, I got in touch with Heather who got my service advisor to respond faster. However my overall experience was that communication was very poor and I was kept in the dark for much of the time. More

My 3 year old latitude just completely shut down on the highway die to their Computer systems and they told me they would impound my car if u didn't get it out of there when I complained that this was an emergency and the computer system was freezing up my car. What a racket. They sell u a poorly made vehicle...then charge you to fix their problems. The manager Steve was condescending and defensive and completely unhelpful. I have been. A Jeep owner for 20 years and this department has turned me off completely to Jeep. More

My experience was excellent, I dealt with a wonderful service adviser named I recently brought my car into Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus for service. My experience was excellent, I dealt with a wonderful service adviser named Noel Lopez. There were many issues with my car, Noel was able to give me a full description of what was wrong with my car and tell me what I could do to fix those problems. I waited for the vehicle that day, and my service adviser kept me apprised of all updates as they were received. I will most defiantly come back to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. More

If you are a women bring a car for service please expect to be treated like you are not a person, whether on the phone or in person. They talk down to you like "listen lady this is how it is" very professional! Or give you the wrong easy pass and try to blame you for there mistake. These are just a few issues. If you are a women with a child oh forget it! I had the service attendant standing behind me and the whole dealership watch as I struggled with my childs stroller and the convertible car set! If I didn't hit the panic button on my car I wouldn't have known where it was, as i walked with my stroller and car seat with not one person asked do you need help. The unprofessionalism, tone, actions and out right disrespect make me disgusted that I ever did business with this dealership and they should be ashamed from management to service personnel. More

I recently brought my lease in for service and found the team to manipulative and deceitful. They were blaming me for a part that is under warranty not properly working and insisted I pay to fix it. They never even took the time to diagnose the problem to see what was wrong...I asked them to just do that and they still wanted to charge me a few to diagnose a problem. Experience turned me away from the entire brand altogether. More

Not only that the main issue is that on 3 different occasions the service manager was extremely unprofessional and rude!! I had to file a complaint to Chrysler on 3 different occasions! I will never purchase another vehicle from them again!! More
