They also fixed a radiator leak not previously identified. All while providing me a loaner so I wouldnt lose work time. Thank you for having such great staff. More
Horrible Experience I went to the Paramus Jeep dealership back in June to purchase a cold air intake for my truck. Going on 4 months I’ve never received the part although I went to the Paramus Jeep dealership back in June to purchase a cold air intake for my truck. Going on 4 months I’ve never received the part although I prepaid over $600 for the part and service. Every part they ordered, which was about 4-5 didn’t fit my truck. I don’t understand how the system continuously allows you to order a part that doesn’t fit. Please keep in mind I travel for work, and the weekends is the only time I can go into the dealership for service. So I wasted plenty of Saturday’s just to be told 4 hours later “ oh the part didn’t fit “. The communication was extremely poor as I had to harass the dealership and go there in person to find out the status of anything. The last straw was when I went there this past week and I was told that was originally suppose to be there in the beginning of September is not backordered until October. At the point I asked for my money back. This dealership is absolutely the worse the service manager Steve is rude and didn’t offer anything to compensate for my times, gas wasted nothing. Not even an apology. If you’ve been to this dealership or read the reviews you can see that this dealership is horrible. Best advice don’t go here use another dealership, unless you want to pay for services upfront only to never get them. More
worst service in a long time I have 2004 Jeep liberty and and brought it to Paramus a couple of time. They always come up with a BS line that one part is terribly worn, the car is unsafe to drive but they could talk to a manager for a discount. Then the sales guy disappears for 5 mins to come back with a smile - yea the manager is ok with the discunt... What a farce. This time it was the worst experience ever. Brought the car in Thursday night so they could start early, next day Friday I get a call at 3pm - they had not bothered to look at the car earlier - repair would be 4k but they would be able to finish by Saturday. Big surprise, nobody called on Saturday. The website states they close at 6. I call at 5 to hear that service already closed only sales is open to 6. I had to take a rental car to get around. I really only use them for service as last resort because every experience so far has been bad. I wonder how much they paid to stay in business after the crisis in 2008. Every other service station I knew and liked was shut down only this dump remained in the area. I love the Jeep but won't buy one again because of these sleezy guys. More
never have been treated worse leased a new challenger recently. Had some issues with radio seems like it would not be the end of the world. I know the same feeling that guy had needless to say radio still broke .and the service has completely bailed on the whole problem. Now I have to go threw headquarters .be careful of these guys More

Great Service Department! I recently brought my son's 2013 Dodge Dart to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. It turned out that the car needed a new engine. It was defective and I recently brought my son's 2013 Dodge Dart to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. It turned out that the car needed a new engine. It was defective and still under warranty. Well, Chrysler decided that they would void the warranty and not cover the $9,000 cost to replace the engine! This was absolutely crazy and was an arbitrary decision. They tried to claim that the car was not properly maintained even though I turned in the receipts for every oil change and work done on the car since it's purchase. Well, finally Chrysler reversed their decision and reinstated the warranty and after 2 months with the car sitting at the dealership, the engine was replaced. I can tell you for certain that if it were not for the service manager, Steve along with Paul and Dominic, this would not have been done. These guys were relentless and made sure that the right thing was done. I did not purchase the car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus but they treated me like I was their best customer! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone based on the way I was treated. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough for helping me out with this. If it weren't for them the engine replacement would never have happened. 2 lessons learned: 1) Keep all your receipts and 2) Buy your next car or bring in your car for service at Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus!!
