Bought my Durango 2011 here over a month ago, first oil change and prepared for the wait. There were about 12 people ahead of me but the wait wasn't that long. Very courteous service people specially Ped change and prepared for the wait. There were about 12 people ahead of me but the wait wasn't that long. My first Chrysler was purchased (new) 1991 @ a different dealership. I was not happy with their service department; therefore I was not a repeat customer. Because of that I bought my second Chrysler (new) dealership. I was not happy with their service department; therefore I was not a repeat customer. Because of that I bought my second Chrysler (new) 2000 @ this dealership (Paramus). I totaled my car 2005 & because of the EXCELLENT service I received from Mr. Ralph Russo, I am a repeat customer. It's been 11 years & as long as Mr. Russo is in the service department I will stay with Paramus Chrysler.
