I went to Paramus Dodge after my horrible experience over at another Dodge dealership in Little Falls. All I wanted was a brand new truck with a low interest rate. I walked in Friday night and explained my s at another Dodge dealership in Little Falls. All I wanted was a brand new truck with a low interest rate. I walked in Friday night and explained my situation to them and 3 days later here I am in a new truck thanks to the help of Jennifer and Martin. They were very professional and went the extra mile to get me where I wanted to be payment wise. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car or truck. Thank you again Jen and Martin :) More

I had the tailight replaced in my new jeep due to moisture getting inside the casing. The part came in faster than I tought-and the repair was taken care of right away! Bought my Durango 2011 here over a month ago, first oil change and prepared for the wait. There were about 12 people ahead of me but the wait wasn't that long. Very courteous service people specially Ped change and prepared for the wait. There were about 12 people ahead of me but the wait wasn't that long. Very courteous service people specially Pedro Garcia he treated me like a VIP, he should work as a concierge for the Plaza Hotel instead! Only thing maybe they could renovate the service waiting area, other than that I rate the service 5 of 5. Will definitely come back here again to have service done on my truck. Thanks! More
